The accommodations were lovely. It would have been nice to have a coffee machine and have the pathway to the garden suite lit with solar lights at night. With the sprinkler system on, our feet were wet when venturing out in the morning.

Hi Crystal,
Many apologies for the coffee maker, as there is always a coffee maker available in the Garden Suite. We live onsite, so please text us the next time and we will make sure you are taken care of. I suspect it may have been removed by the cleaning crew for a deep clean, so again, my apologies for that oversight.
Regarding the wet grass - thank you for the feedback. On account of the heat, we currently have our sprinklers on extended schedule and are leaving our lawns a little longer than usual. I've adjusted the timing so that the watering occurs 2 hours earlier to allow the lawn more time to dry out.
Thank you again for your feedback!
This was our first vacation as a family with our 2 month old son and senior dog and the location and property were wonderful! It was private and quiet in a beautiful forest setting. The garden suite was nice and clean and it was close to travel everywhere that we needed to go. Mark was great and greeted us upon arrival and was lovely to communicate with during our stay. We would definitely stay again and would recommend this property to our friends.
We had the most amazing stay at Mark and Heidi’s! The location was magical, quiet and secluded but close enough to all amenities along the highway. The bed was so comfortable and the bidet and heated toilet seat were a dream! The private yard was perfect for our baby and dogs to play. Photos just do not do this place justice, it is a must stay when going to the Sunshine Coast. We are already planning our trip back just so we can stay here!
Thanks so much for the amazing stay! 🙏
This is an out of the way property with beautiful grounds and garden. It has great potential, spacious with a comfortable living area. However still in need of some improvements. There is no real kitchen to speak of, very small with only small microwave and fridge, and no cupboard handles or counter top space. Bedroom is also small and needs space to hang up clothes. Access was quite difficult, needs a garden path. To be fair the owner is new and was helpful. With some basic changes this will be a great place for those wanting peace and quiet, and a lovely garden to enjoy.

Hi Maggie,
Yes, as noted in the listing, this is a kitchenette and not a full kitchen. I'm sorry to hear this was not made clear. I hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay.

This place sets a very high bar for other properties to match! Secluded location (but still close to Sunshine Coast Highway), gorgeous grounds, well-appointed suite.
A wonderful place to relax and explore the Sunshine Coast and then to return to a 'home away form home.' A beautiful large garden that merges into the surrounding forest. a very comfortable set of rooms, luxurious fixtures, a very comfortable bed that you could sink into and good wifi connection. It was a really well-kept place and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Robert's Creek is a laid back small village with a relaxed atmosphere and ambiance with a great walk out to sea on the constructed promontory. A great place to view the sunset.
I absolutely loved my stay. Mark was very attentive to any needs or questions that I had. The location was excellent. Far enough from "civilization" to give me room to de-stress and close enough to the Roberts Creek merchant area walking, jogging or by car to go to the general store, health and wellbeing store and especially the Gumboot Cafe for a latte and lunch. Also, other amenities not far away by car in Gibsons and elsewhere on the coast. I will be going back to stay with Mark and Heidi.
So happy we found this place, would come here again. Was quiet peaceful park-like setting, and environmentally sensitive. Very roomy, we wanted for nothing. Wish we could have stayed longer. The bidet was a delightful surprise, prompting us all to shop for our own. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating .
Lovely property and home. Since the property was centrally located it was easy for us to travel to see old friends and places we wanted to revisit as we lived on the coast for 25+ years.
We had a good stay here. Issues and questions were dealt with promptly. The suite was a pleasant place to stay and the various outdoor sports gear kept our kids busy in the yard. We wish the parking was a bit closer to our suite when we had to pack our stuff to/from our vehicle about 200 feet away while sometimes dodging in-ground sprinklers, LOL! All in all though, we'd happily stay here again.
The owners Heidi and Mark greeted us on arrival and checked us in. They were friendly and offered help if we needed it. In fact we did not really need any help during our stay but their online host Jamie and Mark had both helped us during our initial booking when we had encountered problems. We had a very relaxing two-night stay here after a couple of days elsewhere on the coast in some more "rustic" accommodation. The suite is very spacious and comfortable and well equipped with essentials such as basic toiletries and a hairdryer. The toilet is a sophisticated Japanese affair. The best thing about the suite is that it was relatively cool even on the hottest days - we initially thought that there was air-con but it was just the open windows. The only drawback for the suite is that it is not quite as private as it may seem. The suite is part of a larger house which sometimes hosts retreats, weddings etc. and those guests will have full access to the garden same as you as there is no demarcation and the garden is wrapped right around the house. There were no guests while we were there but the hosts did have a family barbecue - they did not disturb us as we were out most of the time but if it had been a larger or later gathering, it could have been a different experience.
A beautiful property, private, tranquil. I spent 41 days and Linwood and everyday felt thankful for the gardens, the trees making my stay very relaxing. In front of the Garden Suite there the most beautiful dogwood I have seen, providing shade on my deck area.
Thank you Heidi, Mark, Julian and Jack.
Restful, quiet, beautiful house, rooms and gardens. Great location from which to explore the Sunshine Coast. Hosts are kind, considerate and happy to help provide ideas for where you can eat, hike, and do other activities. Will definitely be coming back to visit this magical place.

Relaxing and beautiful location. Hosts are charming and welcoming.
Loved our stay at Linwood house. The property is absolutely gorgeous. The suite itself is spacious, luxurious, clean, and has beautiful views out into the garden. It has its own entrance and is very private. Breakfast was delicious and Gwen and Ron could not have been more welcoming

Elegant space in park-like setting
Highly recommended, wonderful hosts, convenient location. Must say the posting on the website misled us to expect a kitchen or access to a kitchen, which we did not get. Still we would certainly return. The listing errors are only reason not a five star rating. Our wonderful hosts were shown the listing and promised to change it. We had been traveling for some weeks and looked forward to some self-catering but it worked out ok with local eateries. Quiet and serene in the forest but with beautiful gardens available to us and lots of sky. Our room was large with luxurious bathroom. Another listing discrepancy, breakfast was much more than continental with good chats.
