Beautiful log cabin
The log cabin is absolutely amazing. Wonderful location, the cabin is fully stocked with everything you should need, and the cabin was spotless clean upon our arrival. Communication with the owner was excellent, and they responded quickly to all inquiries. I Highly recommend the cabin.
Beautiful log cabin getaway from the city!
We were extremely happy with our peaceful stay at the log cabin. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and was well equipped with everything we could have needed including, a hot tub, raincoats, life jackets, kayaks, paddleboard and even a canoe. There are lots of books to enjoy and we had a lot of fun with the great board games that were supplied. We made good use of the canoe provided and also went for a fun hike to Smugglers Cove. We would not hesitate to book the log cabin again in the future. The host was excellent to deal with and patiently answered our many questions before we arrived.
Stayed 4 nights at this beautiful cabin. Awesome wrap around deck, hot tub works great. Private location, a great place for some r&r. Jennifer was a pleasure to deal with and responds to emails quickly. We will be back for sure!
Very quiet retreat with all the amenities you need for a peaceful vacation. Enjoyed the hot tub with outside shower.
The cabin is well appointed and comfortable. It's a log cabin that has a lot of room for everyone. The kids enjoyed their connecting rooms, and the master was big with a king sized bed and deck. We loved keeping the deck door open at night so we could star gaze and watch bats swoop through the night.
The cabin has a wrap around porch with lots of sitting space and a hot tub that we used daily. We spent most of our time down on the dock; either looking for crabs and shells in tidal pools when the tide was out, or making good use of the kayaks and paddle boards when the tide was in.
Jennifer was a great host and was quick to respond to any concerns we had.
We had never been to the Sunshine Coast before and it did not disappoint! We went on several hikes, and found lakes and waterfalls to explore. We brought our dog and there are nearby hiking trails for morning walks, she was exhausted at the end of each day!
Thank you, Jennifer, for sharing your spot with us, it's a great place!
Charming, Rustic and Peaceful
This stunning log cabin is built from whole, gorgeous douglas firs, and has a wrap-around deck that gives you a great view of the fjord below, which fills and empties with the tide. When the tide is in, you can make use of the boats and explore the waterway up to the ocean. The beds are comfy, the kitchen has everything you need, and it's loaded with quirky, cute antiques. Great hot tub as well for relaxing evenings surrounded by woodland. I highly recommend this cabin for a week away in a wilderness setting with a view of the water.
