The setting was fantastic with beautiful water views and lots of water birds to watch throughout the day. There is a nice little window seat upstairs with a relaxing view of the lake. A couple of small problems the owner should fix. There was no hair dryer to be found although one was listed in the description. I had to go buy one. And we were never able to open the back door, it is stuck tight.

The condo was perfect for us. Very clean and well appointed. We had a problem operating the TV. We contacted the host and he was very helpful. As it turned out, the remote only needed batteries. Would definitely stay there again.

The community that the house was in was wonderful and it was great to have access to a pool. The house was also a quick drive to the beach and restaurants, which we really appreciated. The con was the state of the home. It was not as clean as I expected. For example, my daughter lost a toy under the couch and it looked like it hadn’t of been cleaned for a while. I’d really recommend the owner do a deep clean of the house more often.For a last minute stay, it did the job for our family.

Close to the front of the development. Sunroom is nice with new furniture, Bluetooth surround sound and ceiling fan. There is different furniture than in the pictures in the living room. Needs updated pictures of the furniture. There is no pullout couch and no chair that converts to a single bed downstairs anymore, but you can sleep on the extended couch side (we had my grandad with us who could not do stairs so this was extremely important). The half bath is in the kitchen. Lake view is pretty and the outdoor shower works but beware of the cobwebs. Bring your own sheets and towels as none are provided. We normally travel with our own but those whom do not need to know. Also bring your own paper towels, hand soap, cleaning products and trash bags (kitchen and bathroom). They also have instructions to turn off the hot water heater (this was a first for us) but it was simple enough. 3 tvs (1 in each bedroom, 1 downstairs). Lots of games and toys.

Enjoyed our stay here. Great location, nice neighborhood. Didn’t use the pools but they never looked overly crowded! Enjoyed the sunroom a lot!Unit could have been cleaner. It was ok, but some spots were dirty. Sat on the floor in the living room and saw a thick layer of dust under the couch. Not horrible, but needs a deep clean. Knives in kitchen were also extremely dull, to the point of being unusable.

Beautiful location

Everything from check in to check out was amazing! Straight forward host, easy to contact. Place was amazing, more than we needed at a great price in a beautiful neighborhood. Would highly recommend and for sure will be staying here again!

Great Place!

stayed for a few days over spring break. place is nicely furnished and clean. very comfortable to cook in and just chill out. beds were comfortable. would definitely stay again!

Great family vacation

I stayed here with my husband and two children, ages 5 and 6. We had a blast and loved the unit. The pool was wonderful, the unit was close to the beach and the home itself was clean and perfect for a family. We would love to come back next year!

Perfect weekend getaway

What’s up dock was the perfect place for our quick family getaway. Great location close to all the action and yet in a great quiet community where my kids could run around freely. It had everything we needed for our little guy including a high chair and pack and play (that was super clean!). Would Highly recommend for a small family or even a great adults only stay!
