This lovely holiday home is perfectly located in the seaside town of Newlyn, a great location to explore the surrounding attractions.. Ground Floor:

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas and electricity (£25per week November-March), bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. Enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and summerhouse. On road parking. No smoking.. Dolphin Watch is a fantastic terraced property located on a hill (not too steep) and within walking distance of Newlyn, Cornwall. This is the perfect property for families and friends to enjoy whilst on a holiday by the Cornish coast.
The property boasts sea views across to St Michael’s Mount from the garden, which is a lovely place to relax and plan the next day’s adventures. Dolphin Watch has been decorated and furnished to a good standard, facilities include a well-equipped kitchen/dining room, a cosy living room, two spacious bedrooms and a single bedroom with 2ft 6in single bed.
The town of Newlyn offers a pub, convenience store and take away options. The Cornish Peninsula has a variety of places to discover including stunning local beaches, surfing at Sennen Cove, the hidden Lamorna Cove, the town of Porthleven and gorgeous Porthcurno with its turquoise water. Nearby there is also the open-air Minack Theatre overlooking the sea, St Ives, Land’s End and the Lizard Peninsula. Do not forget the array of National Trust properties with their stunning gardens, and the tranquil Penberth Cove, famed as a location for the TV series Poldark. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
