On the ground floor is a sitting room with open fire (wood & coal), TV & DVD player, bay window with sea views, Galley kitchen with fridge, electric hob with oven, microwave and dishwasher, charming and cosy snug with seating, radio/CD player – console table for preparing cocktails plus a wine cooler! There is also a super sun room, overlooking the rear garden, with dining table and chairs. Downstairs is a cloakroom with WC and wash basin, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a boot room with fridge/ freezer and small table with chairs.
First Floor
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, a charming double bedroom, a twin bedroom with sea views and a single bedroom. There is also a house bathroom with shower over the bath WC and hand wash basin.
