Super vacances, très bon accueil. Appt impeccable, très bien aménagé, très confortable, très chaleureux et très fonctionnel. La place de parking est appréciable, la résidence est très calme, proche des commerces et de bons restaurants. Beaucoup de ballades avec belles visites et de supers points de vues. Pas le temps de s’ennuyer!! J’espère revenir à St-Jorioz prochainement et bien sur chez Mr Serge Gauthier

We hebben genoten van het geweldige appartement. We zouden het zo opnieuw boeken!Het appartement is modern ingericht en groot voor een gezin van 4. Het terras is erg ruim en voorzien van een 6 persoons tafel en een schommelstoel voor 2 personen. Er is ook nog plek voor een zithoekje.Binnen 2 ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden. Gelukkig geen bedbank. Zitgedeelte met TV ook ruim en comfortabel. Keuken is goed ingericht. Binnen eten kan aan de bar, maar liever buiten. Er is oa. een goede koffiebonenmachine en een vaatwasser. Verder valt op dat er ruim voldoende bestek en glaswerk aanwezig is. Dat is veel beter dan bv 4 messen in een 4 persoons huis.De auto stond elke dag in de (koele) ondergrondse garage op een van de twee vaste plekken.Locatie van het appartement is uitstekend. In 20 minuten loop je naar het keurige strandje van Saint-Jorioz. Met de auto ben je er binnen 5 minuten. Parkeren is er gratis.Het appartement ligt in een rustige en stille wijk. De doorgaande weg is te ver om te kunnen horen. Naast het appartement staat een (basis)school, maar omdat het vakantie is was daar niemand. Erg rustig! Vanaf het ruime terras heb je een mooi uitzicht op de bergen.Saint-Jorioz heeft een paar fijne restaurantjes en een prima supermarkt op 300m van het appartement. Ontvangst door Serge was heel hartelijk. Contact voor, tijdens en na de vakantie was prettig. We hebben goede tips gekregen. Serge, bedankt dat we onze vakantie in je fijne appartement konden doorbrengen!

Monsieur Serge est très agréable et très accueillant. L'appartement est très moderne et très propre.

Celles-ci ont été excellentes. Magnifique région, lac d'Annecy superbe et tous les alentours, cols etc. à voir ... Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour aussi bien de par la location que la région. De plus Serge accepte les chiens de toutes races petits ou grands et cela est un plus pour louer. Notre chienne beauceron à également apprécié car il y a aussi une belle terrasse.

Urlaub in Saint Jorioz

Der Aufenthalt in Saint Jorioz war sehr gut. Es ist eine sehr schöne Umgebung am Lac Annecy mit sehr vielen Möglichkeiten den Urlaub zu verbringen. Wir sind viel gewandert und haben auch die weitere Umgebung bis ca. 1h Fahrzeit mit dem Auto erkundet. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut. Super eingerichtet! Der Vermieter Serge ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns auch gut geholfen und Hilfestellung zu den vielen Geräten in der Wohnung gegeben. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet, so dass man sehr gut abschalten kann. Die Buchung über fewo-direkt hat auch gut geklappt. Bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt würden wir wieder bei Serge anfragen!

Prima uitvalsbasis voor vakantie Lac d'Annecy

Net en vrij modern en van alle gemakken voorziend appartement. Heel prima voor een gezin. De ontvangst was top. Vanaf het appartement is het een klein stukje naar het aangename strand van St. Jorioz. Restaurantjes op loopafstand en supermarkt makkelijk bereikbaar. Eigenaar Serge zeer behulpzaam en ook op afstand bereikbaar voor vragen en geven tips. Voor mensen die de omgeving per (race)fiets willen verkennen, zit je hier perfect.

Merci à Serge Gauthier pour son sympathique accueil. L'appartement est idéalement situé, proche de toutes commodités et du lac. Parfait, tre bien situe

Tres bel appartement avec une grande terrasse, au calme. L'appartement est très bien équipe, très propre. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Monsieur Gauthier. On a apprécié la facilité de parking,la situation proche des commerces et restaurants et de la piste cyclable et du lac. On reviendra !
