Please respect the check-in and check-out times. Early check-in or late check-out is only possible with explicit permission.

One day before arrival, guests will receive all information regarding check-in, the address, the code for the key box to collect the keys, instructions for self-check-in, and the contact phone number of the villa manager, who will assist you with any issues or questions you may have during your stay.

Please report any broken items to avoid problems for us with future guests.

No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in the event of any damage.

All hosts of certified legal holiday rentals in the Balearic Islands are required to collect the tourist tax from guests on behalf of the government (€2.20 per adult per night, with a reduced rate after the 9th night).
