Villa with Private Heated Pool, near the Beach, Sea View Terrace

Canary-style Villa perfectly located just a few minutes away from Tres Vistas Beach but also at 15 minutes’ walk from the town centre promenade. The Corralejo Natural Park is just 5 minutes away by car and easily reachable with bicycles available in the Villa. Supermarkets are also within 2-5 minutes reach.

The Villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a very large living-dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. It is the optimal size for a 4 - 6-headed family and pets are also allowed.

Casa Rustica is surrounded by a beautiful outdoor space providing everything one needs for an amazing holiday. One side of the garden is covered by canary palm trees that provide ideal scenario to relax in the shadows of the palms. On the other side, there is a nice patio with a large teak table to enjoy outside lunches and BBQs. There’s a stone BBQ just in front of the patio. For kids’ entertainment there are outdoor playhouse and swing but also beach toys and indoor games.

In front of the Villa, south exposed with sunshine all day, there is a heated pool (26 ° - 32 °) which offers on its large terrace 6 sun loungers, a large parasol and 2 large wicker chairs under a pergola.

On top of the Villa there is a c. 20 sqm terrace to enjoy the sunshine and the sea views. Garden and pool are maintained weekly. The Villa is protected by walls and iron gates. There’s also an internal fence on the patio side which divides this area from the pool so kids or dogs can safely play outdoor.

For the entertainment the living room, the Mater Bedroom and the second bedroom have TVs with Satellite channels (including main German and UK channels) and streaming services (Netflix, Disney+ and UK Amazon Prime Video).
Unlimited fibre optic WiFi (100mb/s) is available in the villa. We recently added a home working setting in one of the rooms plus there’s a comfortable area for working in the living room too.
In 2022 we have also installed a brand new air conditioning system in the 2 main bedrooms to chilled out the rooms during the summer period.


This very private Villa is perfectly located for your holiday.
All amenities are within walking distance. A car is not necessary there’s free parking available in front of the villa entrance.

Very enjoyable stay

Had a great time at this property. It is very private with both sun and shade available around the villa all day. The local facilities are good. The kitchen is well equipped if you decide to cook for yourself at any point. Would definitely book again.

lovely villa but unfortunately some problems for us that werent rectified, mainly the pool was not maintained as advertised, heating not on as paid for and not clean so was not able to use it and was not reimbursed and had no reply to email to owners

bezüglich des Inhalts der Beurteilung kann ich unsere Gäste beruhigen: Wir selbst (2 Eltern mit 3 Kindern - und oft deren Freunde) nutzen das Haus mit Pool selbst 2-3 mal pro Jahr, ich selbst bin Arzt und habe daher immer genau ein Auge auf die Wasserqualität, die noch nie einen Anlass zur Beschwerde gab. Das Wasser ist jederzeit trinkbar! Der Pool wird je nach Witterung 1-2 mal pro Woche geprüft und gewartet bei einem Pumpenlauf von 24h(!)/Tag. Bei der Beurteilung sind zwei Dinge während des nur einwöchigen Aufenthaltes unserer Gäste zusammengekommen: Wenig Sonnnschein - daher sehr niedrige, für die Kanaren unübliche Temperaturen von unter 20°C - und starker Wind. Durch die fehlenden Sonnenstunden konnte der Pool nicht so stark wir für die Jahreszeit üblich erwärmt werden und durch den Wind wurden nicht nur Blätter, sondern immer wieder auch Sand und Sahara-Staub in den Pool gebracht, der sich nur mit der Zeit herausfiltern lässt und am Boden ein w e n ig Sediment hinterlässt. Unser Housekeeper und auch unser Heizungstechniker waren bei unseren Gästen vor Ort um den Sachverhalt zu prüfen und konnten keine fehlerhafte Funktion der Technik feststellen. In den benachbarten Hotelanlagen hatten die Pooltemperaturen in der betreffenden Woche auch nicht die übliche Badetemperatur, die im Winter normalerweise ca. 2-3°C unterhalb der mittleren Tagestemperatur liegt. Wir bedauern die unglücklichen Umstände, die zu der Unzufriedenheit der Gäste geführt haben, hier sitzt jedoch Petrus definitiv am längeren Hebel ;-) Viele Grüsse, U&T

Fabulous home from home

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Rustica. Antonia communicated with us all the time before our arrival and during when we needed help. The Villa is a 5-10 min walk to the beach (heat dependent- it was very hot whilst we were there with no Fuerteventura breeze!) The Hiperdino a 7 min walk and the music square which we lived an 18 min walk. Within the property, we had lots of living and sleeping space. The pool area is a wonderful sun trap with an outdoor eating area in the shade. One thing I would change are the pillows, but that is just me. Thank you so much to Antonia for making our stay so enjoyable and for the wonderful welcome pack especially due to our late arrival: water, milk, wine and biscuits. We’ll definitely be back, my daughter keeps asking when…?

A home from home

This is such a beautiful and character filled property. The outside space was lovely- three different parts with a hammock and sun loungers. Lovely flowers that smell incredible. For our family of 4 with 2 children under 5, one level living was ideal; the pool area is gated and they were small things that made the difference- a little Wendy house, a swing, the pool was heated. The bedrooms are a good size- the third bedroom is a single room. The bathrooms are great- useful to have a bath for the kids. We didn’t use the enclosed shower. Like all the Canary Islands, you do have to be mindful of not leaving any food out otherwise small ants come. There is air-con; we didn’t need to use it during our stay in May- the house is very cleverly designed that by opening various windows you get a lovely breeze- just be mindful that doors/windows can slam. Ideal location- short walk to a quiet beach or 15 min walk to larger beach with more restaurants etc. easy access to supermarkets. Can also get food delivered via Glovo app. We really enjoyed our first stay in Corralejo at Villa Rustica. Thank you for sharing your home- we hope to come back!!

Fantastic Honeymoon!

We arrived to find a gorgeous bouquet of roses, a bottle of fizz, & some fancy biscuits which was a lovely suprise for the start of our honeymoon. The property is on a great location. 5 minute walks from 'popcorn beach', 5 minute walk from a shopping centre that has cafes and a large HyperDino that has a great fishmongers & butchers. The property itself had everything we needed. The bedroom was made up beautifully and was comfortable. The living room was very spacious but also felt cosy on the sofa. The TV was set up with Netflix, Prime, & other streaming apps, if that's your thing. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Outside was our highlight. The pool area is lovely to have a lounge in the sun and a coffee in the morning. The pool was very warm (make sure you keep it covered), and looked gorgeous at night. The outdoor dining area we used most nights. Perfect place for al-fresco dining as well as a few drinks and games in the evening. We utilised the barbecue a few times but the grills did need a bit of a scrub beforehand. The roof terrace is also a nice spot to watch the sunset, which we did a few times. Location was also peaceful and quiet for the most part (it is residential so there will be general family noise & occasional DIY). All in all ... fantastic villa & fantastic honeymoon!

Lovely place especially for families

The Villa from Antonia & Carlo is a great place for a familiy stay in Corralejo. It has a really nice and protected outside area which is great for young kids. Also insight the Villa it is fully equipped and nicely furnished, one can see that owners do use their Villa as well. Also the area was great, close to the beach and only some minutes walk to the city center. Communication was great throughout the stay. So, overall we can really recommend this place and will certainly come back when we stay in Corralejo.

Das Haus ist schön gemacht. Die Lage könnte Zentraler sein aber es ist super ruhig.

Das Objekt ist urig und schön aufgebaut. Ruhig, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bad / Bäder sind neu. Im allgemeinen kann man das Objekt sehr gut mieten.

A wonderful Villa in a quiet residential area

We’ve been to Corralejo a number of times and first time in a villa. Wish we had done this years ago! Casa Rustica is aptly named as it is very rustic and homely making it so comfortable. It is well equipped with everything you would need although we didn’t use kitchen to it’s full potential as we chose to eat out in evenings. The pool is lovely for cooling off and there are plenty of shady areas around the villa if you need them. We hired a car purely because it was cheaper in May than the cost of the return taxi fare to/from the airport. Unless you want to tour you really don’t need one as it’s only a 15 min walk to the main centre and 20 min walk to the start of the dunes. A taxi from the main centre is only €3.50 if you don’t want to carry your shopping home. Beautiful shopping centre with small eateries 5 min walk if you take the lane on the right hand side of the street just past the bin area, turn right at the top and the centre is just along the road in front of you. We ate mostly in the restaurants along the seafront which were recommended by Ulla and Taleb, we enjoyed them so much on first visit we went back a second time! Communication was excellent from booking right through to arrival and queries were all answered promptly. We will definitely be booking again as we loved this villa.

Traumhafte Strände mit tollem Blick auf Lobos und Lanzarote

Haus mit viel Charme und Platz. Gute Betten und die Wäsche kann man Waschen / Trocknen, was hilft weil kein Hotelservice vorhanden ist. In der Küche haben wir noch eine Kaffeemaschine installiert, damit wir einen feinen Esspresso geniessen konnten. Die Nähe zum Einkaufscenter und Strand ist ideal. Parkplatz immer vor dem Haus und ein kurzer Weg zum tollen Strand. Leider war das wifi ungenügend und wir konnten besonders Abends kaum auf dem iPad surfen. Der Nachbarshund bellte regelmässig um 02:00 Uhr was uns immer wieder aus dem Schlaf riss. Ich finde es eine Frechheit, dass er immer in der Nacht draussen ist. Es scheint das jemand in der Nähe spät nach Hause kommt, was den Hund dazu animiert das Haus zu verteidigen. Da dies schon früher von anderen Feriengäste erwähnt wurde, schadet es dem Vermieter sicher nachhaltig. Das Domizil ist gut gelegen, recht attraktiv, wenn auch etwas teuer für den aktuellen Zustand.

Entspannung pur!

Es war alles so, wie im Vorfeld angekündigt: geräumiges, aufgeräumtes und sauberes Haus, schöner Garten, tolle Hotel-Matratzen mit Topper, superwarmer Pool! Die Lage ist absolut ruhig, kein Verkehr. Ein Highlight ist der gemauerte Grill auf der Terrasse - die Abends allerdings ein wenig dunkel wird, hier könnte man noch eine Lampe installieren. Strand und Ort sind sehr nahe und gut zu Fuss zu erreichen, wir haben zum Einkaufen allerdings doch unseren Mietwagen benutzt, um nicht zu viel zu schleppen. Eine Alternative in den Ort zu kommen sind auch die Fahrräder der Besitzer, die man mitbenutzen darf - auch wenn sie schon älteren Datums sind. Der Ort hat überall Fahrradwege - alles scheint sehr sicher. Wir kommen auch sicher gerne wieder! LG, Emma

Fantastic villa

We had a fantastic time at Casa Rustica, it was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. It is close to the beaches of Corralejo and the shopping centre and the main town is easy accessible. The garden and pool were lovely for relaxing and we would love to return

NO valorable-A horas de entrar comunican que la casa esta ocupada!

Vivienda alquilada, reservada en Abril, pagada según establece la web y en Septiembre a un dia de ingresar me comunican que no tienen la casa disponible, dan diferentes excusas y como alternativa o bien alquilaban otra vivenda (lo cual trajo futuros problemas y malentendidos) o la devolución del dinero..todo esto a menos de veinticuatro horas de entrar a la vivienda. Pagué por ciertas comodidades que luego no disfruté , sin ninguna compensación hasta el momento. En fin la casa por la que pagué ni la he visto,.sólo puedo valorar la gestión y ha sido incalificable. Primera experiencia y última. Intermedian, cobran y no realizan su principal tarea que es gestionar reservas. Me sub alquilaron otra vivienda. Los propietarios ..me reservo el comentario, también han cobrado, que es su interés. En fin, no recomiendo en absoluto este alquiler. Coloco una estrella porque no puedo seleccionar cero. Miete vermietet, reserviert in und 24 Stunden geben verschiedene Ausreden und alternativ oder vermietete eine andere Villa (die künftige Probleme und Missverständnisse brachte) oder das Geld zurück .. all dies weniger als 24 Stunden, um das Haus zu betreten. Unglücklich Ich habe für bestimmte Annehmlichkeiten bezahlt, die ich später nicht genieße und ich frage mich auch über die Kommission dieses Portals, werden sie es zurückgeben? Sie werden diese Fälle kompensieren. Kurz gesagt, das Haus habe ich bezahlt und ich habe nicht gesehen, ich kann das Management nur schätzen und es war erbärmlich. Erste und letzte Erfahrung. Intermedian, sie berechnen und nicht ihre Hauptaufgabe ist es, Reservierungen zu verwalten. Ich habe ein Haus für die Buchung gemietet. Die Besitzer .. Ich behalte den Kommentar, sie haben auch aufgeladen, was ihr Interesse ist. Jedenfalls empfehle ich diese Miete überhaupt nicht.

Tolles Haus in sehr guter Lage

Uns hat der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und alles ist sehr gepflegt. Die Raumaufteilung durch den großen Wohnraum mit Küche, Wohn- und Esszimmer inkl. grosser Schattenterasse ist ideal und auch der Pool mit kleiner Schattenterasse lädt zum Relaxen ein. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse und man hat quasi keine Zaungäste. Leider hat der ansonsten tagsüber ruhige und liebe Nachbarshund nachts ein paar Nächte stundenweise gebellt. Das führte zu kleinen Ausflügen an den Zaun, um ihn zu beruhigen.
