The house consists of two traditional rooms, a bathroom and a loft area where you create a private corner with a double bed and a private bathroom overlooking the greenery. The spacious and bright living room has an equipped and spacious kitchen (there is also a storage room). The large sofa bed can accommodate two more people.

sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand. Die Küche gut eingerichtet. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Im Großen und Ganzen ein perfekter Urlaub. Danke an Chia Holiday house!

Margarita was helpful with a reservation change! Massimo was helpful with local resources for food and fun! A first day shop at the local store will help you with getting your laundry done with the very functional washing machine, cold refrigerator and stove. Dishwasher and showers work well. Its peaceful. The best part is the mild to moderately populated beach just 2 minute walk with bar, ice cream, paddle boards. Fun activities included mopeds, lots of nearby beaches to choose from, Bilthia for dinner, snorkeling. Thank you for a great time in Chia

Casa ideale per godersi il mare e le bellezze della "vera" Sardegna

Sono stato con la mia famiglia in questa casa dal 5 al 19 Agosto 2018. Casa grande, pulitissima e ben organizzata. La posizione è fra le migliori che si possano desiderare. Una delle spiagge più belle d'Italia è a soli due minuti di passeggiata. Accoglienza cortese e professionale, soluzione di eventuali piccoli problemi immediata e garbata. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Complimenti e viva la Sardegna sempre! Eugenio
