This is a very spacious property in a lovely quiet rural location with the nearest town still close enough to easily get whatever you require. The standard of the property is high & it's very well located. From here Tenby, The Gower Peninsula & the Brecon Beacons are all no more than one hours drive away.

Thanks Jon, you and your guests were a pleasure to host and thanks for looking after the house so well .
Thank you Bethan for a wonderful holiday enjoyed by all!
The house was very well and generously equipped! It was really tidy and so very clean with lots of space indoor and out! Extra special thanks for allowing us to visit the farm. The children loved to help with the calves and feel involved! An amazing fortnight spent in this remote farmhouse, very near to black Mountains. Our very best wishes!
A very enjoyble week in a well equipped and spacious house. It was our first visit to this part of Wales, we fell in love with Llandeilo, especially the artisan shops and galleries. The beaches and mountains are not too far away for enjoying the outdoors. The National Trust property of Dinefwr is close by with its house, castle and grounds, as well as other heritage sites. Holidaying with family, we all agreed that we would happily return and I’m sure we will.
The house was beautiful and clean. A lot of places to visit. Enjoyed our stay.
The property is excellent. The hospitality from Bethan was excellent we didn't run around to buy staff she made sure we had staff for breakfast....biscuits etc which was not even inclusive with the package. Clean bedding, towels.....the house was spotless.Thank you very much we will definitely stay here again.

About the host

I live on a farm approx 0.5 miles away. My husband and I lived lived in the house until my parents-in-law retired and we moved back to live at the main farm. I loved living at the house as although we had near neighbours it is a lovely quiet location. Our farmland surrounds the property and we keep young cattle in the fields next to the lawn , they are very inquisitive and friendly and will no doubt pop their noses over the gate to say hello!
Why they chose this property
The property is ideal for blended families , two families holidaying together or multi-generational families as there is plenty of room inside and out. The house is large enough for you not to feel swamped if there is a large party of you. I have a large kitchen / diner that will seat 8, 2 lounges and I have tried to make the bedrooms as spacious as possible by not trying to squeeze in additional beds. There is an enclosed garden surrounding the house with access point to the front ,side and rear and so small children can play outside safely. Beyond the enclosed garden there is a larger raised lawned area which is ideal for ball games etc and has a picnic table on a patio.
