Penthouse Apartment only a few minutes walk from the resort centre and beach

Our penthouse apartment on the award-winning Residential Playa III which is centrally located in Los Alcazares and has everything you would need for that perfect holiday in the sun. The complex is a very short walk to all amenities including bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and banks all centralised around pedestrianised Rio Nalon (plaza/square) Murcia's blue flag beaches are a further 5 minutes walk and boasts 4km of coast line and promenade regularly used by walkers and cyclists

The complex is secure, gated and the grounds are extremely well maintained with a stunning free-formed communal pool for the sole use of the residents and guests.
There is also a children's pool.
The spacious and airy apartment is furnished to a very high standard and sleeps up to 4 people easily (camp bed available for additional child)
Master Double bedroom - air conditioning, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with corner bath/shower, double doors onto large private roof terrace, with dinning for 6, sun loungers and BBQ, large parasol.
Twin bedded room - air conditioning, ceiling fan, (extra camp bed in room if required). Venetian balcony over- looking the pool area.
Family bathroom - shower.
Open plan lounge/diner - ceiling fan, TV, 3 piece leather suite all recliners, dining table seats 4-6 people, leads onto additional private balcony with seating area for 4 and pool view.
Kitchen - Fridge/freezer, washing machine, ceramic hob, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery, cutlery utensils, lots of pots and pans (cloths and t-towels all supplied).
Picnic time - cooler boxes, beach umbrellas, collapsible chairs and beach games all provided.
In addition to the outside areas mentioned, there is a small bistro area outside the kitchen, with a table and two chairs, for morning coffee's or midday lunch.

Resort
Los Alcazares is situated in the Murcia region of south-eastern Spain, known as the Costa Calida. The town sits on the shore of the Mar Menor, a salt-water lagoon separated from the Mediterranean Sea by a 22 Kilometre long strip of land, La Manga. The area enjoys an average of 320 days of sunshine each year shining down onto the 7 km of gorgeous clean, safe , sandy beaches.
There is an excellent selection of bars and restaurants in the resort to suit all tastes, including traditional tapas restaurants in the old town.
There are numerous markets where you pick up a huge variety of bargain goods and gifts.
For golfers there are at least 7 golf courses (4 of international standard) located within a short drive.
The historical Moorish cities of Murcia & Cartagena are easily reached by car and well worth a visit.
Los Alcazares is an ideal place to holiday for both families and couples as it is friendly and safe and is an easy 30- 40 mins drive from Murcia International Airport, which is served by a number of low cost carriers from all over the UK and Europe, while Alicante Airport is just 60 mins drive away. Although a car is not essential, it can be useful for touring and exploring the Costa Calida area.
Taxis from Murcia tend to be about 60 - 70 Euros return.
