West 302 offers an upscale, beachy feel with an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size GE appliances, custom cabinets, Corian countertops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The laundry room is just off the kitchen complete with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower with a built-in bench, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower with a built-in bench.

Great visit!

Great access to restaurants and shopping. Wonderful view. The condo was very clean, especially the floors. I spend a lot of time in Destin at different condos and always have to wear socks because the floors aren’t exactly clean. The floors here were clean enough that I didn’t have to wear socks!

Better than the pictures

First impressions were amazing and our week in the unit was very relaxing and comfortable. The entire week we had everything we needed throughout the condo. Highlights include: Fully stocked kitchen appliances and cooking gear; TV + Cable in each room; great location and view; comfortable dining table on patio. The pool and easy access to beach were better than other condo buildings we've stayed at in the Destin area.

Great condo with amazing oceanfront views! The only thing I could say negatively about the condo is the master toilet needs work. It did not flush well.

The Perfect Vacation

The condo was beautiful inside and the view was amazing! It looks just like the posted photos! The condo, building, pools, and grounds are all very clean. The location is ideal - near restaurants and shopping, and a nearby park for an early morning walk. Treat yourself to the beach service set up- it is worth it. We did have an issue with one of the toilets, but maintenance serviced it in a timely manner. The covered garage parking is a bonus. We’ll be back for sure!!
