West 402 offers a tropical feel with a professionally designed interior and an inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for four. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size GE appliances, custom cabinets, Corian countertops, and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. The laundry room is just off the kitchen complete with a full-size washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi bathtub, walk-in shower with a built-in bench, and double vanity. The guest bedroom has a king bed, a TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. Just steps from both the guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower with a built-in bench.

Fantastic vacation!!

Everything about this condo was well thought out. There was nothing that we wanted or needed that wasn’t already there! Fridge had an ice/water dispenser; kitchen was fully stocked with not only a coffee maker but also a Keurig. It was super clean, had comfortable furnishings, and was beautifully decorated. I can see why this condo was listed as “premier host”. Location was perfect for a family vacation as well; centrally located in the middle of everything!

Great time at silver beach towers

We love silver beach towers and visit multiple times a year. The unit was for the most part as expected. The only two complaints we had were the comforter had white stains all over it, indicating it was definitely not washed and the bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever experienced in a condo, so bad we actually went and bought a memory foam mattress topper from Walmart. We left it there so hopefully they keep it for future guests. Overall still giving 5 stars simply because the room served its purpose and we never contacted the property to complain, so Compass didn’t have the opportunity to make it right. I’m sure if we complained they would have made it right and taken care of our complaints.

Only issue I had was we were told when checking out we could not leave our luggage at resort to go eat until we could schedule an Uber. For as much as we paid for the resort I was very disappointed with that

Wonderful resort with fantastic location. Everything was very clean, great view by the beach and we will definitely come back !!!! my only recommendation is that is time to replace the mattress for new ones, they were a bit uncomfortable.

A great Destin condo.

The condo is close to everything - beach, pools, restaurants, and stores. The furniture was comfortable and the view from the lanai was wonderful. The kitchen had dishes, pans, utensils, but nothing else. The washer had detergent for 1 load only and the dishwasher had detergent for 2 loads only but other than needing kitchen supplies, the condo was perfect.

Amazing apartment with beautiful view!!

We had a great time at this apartment... it’s very spacious and has a beautiful view.. it’s exactly Like in the pics.. I found it even better than pics... both bedrooms, living room and even kitchen has amazing ocean view :) pool is nice and clean and beach is great ! Kitchen is fully equipped and bathrooms had plenty of extra towels! It’s close to many restaurants too.. we would definitely be back!

We loved #402 because it is on 4th floor, directly faces Gulf and is right over pool and we loved sitting on balcony watching both! We were concerned that the beach & pool would be crowded since it is a high-rise, but it has two pools, and the beach was not too crowded either! Great place, great location, we will stay here again!
