An apartment of 50 square meters, newly renovated, with a fully equipped living room / kitchen with dishwasher, large bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed) with air conditioning, bathroom with shower and 50 square meters of porch with private garden and entrance independent. On foot in a few minutes you can reach the beach or along a panoramic road to get to Gabicce Monte with its small square and characteristic restaurants with a splendid view over the entire coast.

Pretty Garden Apartment

We had an enjoyable stay in this apartment in Gabicce Mare. Everything was very clean and quiet. The gardens around the house and apartment were lovely. Lorenzo was very responsive and accommodated our late check in.the kitchen was well equipped and we had most everything we needed. Gabicce Mare is a pretty town and was convenient for day trips to San Marino and Ancona.

Appartamento dotato di tutti i servizi necessari compresa lavastoviglie e lavatrice, molto grazioso e curato nei dettagli a tema "mare". La grandezza degli spazi è appropriata e il porticato esterno dotato di tavolino è davvero un surplus: sfruttabile sia nelle giornate di sole che per ripararsi da un'eventuale pioggia leggera senza rinunciare alla bellezza dello spazio esterno! Si arriva alla spiaggia in circa dieci minuti a piedi: il primo tratto è un po' ripido da percorrere, il resto in discesa lieve e piacevole. Grazie al servizio "golf car" dei bagni in spiaggia, si può essere accompagnati al ritorno quasi fino a casa, evitando il tratto più ripido del percorso.

Tolle Wohnung, sehr sympathisch!

Wir hatten bei Lorenzo einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich und mit Mückengittern ausgestattet (auch wenn zu unserer Zeit keinr Mücken da waren). Im Bad und der Küche wurden die wichtigsten Dinge sehr liebevoll bereit gestellt, sodass wir gut ausgestattet waren. Von der Familie bekamen wir Empfehlungen aus der Gegend und konnten sie jederzeit alles fragen. So haben wir uns über die Tage sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Weg zum Meer ist tatsächlich steil bergab und etwas anstrengend, wodurch wir nicht mehrfach am Tag den Weg machten.
