Vicino sia al centro di Lugano che alle università USI e SUPSI. Situato davanti a una Coop (Coop Lugano Nord) e a pochi passi da farmacie, bar, ristoranti, pizzerie, kebab, fermate autobus e quindi comodissimo per qualsiasi necessità. La via conduce direttamente alla ciclabile che corre lungo il Cassarate, comoda via per raggiungere in fretta la foce, Lido di Lugano e Parco Ciani.

Nell'appartamento sono già presenti un tavolo e tre sedie, un comò ed un comodino, più un ampio armadio comprensivo di grucce. Il letto a castello a una piazza e mezzo permette di avere ulteriore spazio perciò sotto è collocato un divano, utilizzabile anche come divano letto.
Il terrazzo è abbastanza spazioso per poter mangiare fuori o stendere i panni.

Nel condominio è disponibile una stanza lavanderia comprensiva di lavatrice e asciugatrice ed un'altra stanza per stendere lenzuola o vestiti.

The street leads directly to the bike path that runs along the Cassarate, a convenient way to quickly reach the mouth, Lido di Lugano and Parco Ciani.

In the apartment there are already a table and three chairs, a dresser and a bedside table, plus a large wardrobe including hangers. The bunk bed with a square and a half allows you to have more space so underneath is a sofa, which can also be used as a sofa bed.
The terrace is spacious enough to eat outside or hang out your clothes.

In the condominium is available a laundry room including washing machine and dryer and another room to hang sheets or clothes.
