River View - a lovely waterside first floor apartment in Bantham, South Devon

River View apartment is entered via the kitchen door which can be found at the top of the wooden steps at the side of the Main House. The kitchen and lounge are open plan. The lounge doubles up as an overflow accommodation on the double sofa bed. Just off the lounge, River View bedroom and en-suite can be found. This super king sized bedroom offers drawer storage and a lovely view through the trees to the Avon Estuary. The en-suite for River View is equipped with a shower, toilet and wash basin.

Parking:
River View has a parking space for one car in the private driveway area in front of the Main House
