THE APARTMENT:
Enjoy the hotel-like luxury of a fully furnished and spacious, open plan, 1 bedroom apartment, with a lounge (including queen sized sleeper couch), bathroom (with shower) and open balcony, complete with fully fitted kitchen
Natural sunlight pours into the apartment but stays nice and cool in summer!
A lot of care has gone into its upkeep and has recently had a major renovation to modernize the living space
The apartment has a stunning view of Table Mountain form the front door
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is situated in the heart of the Cape Town City Bowl, just off the very popular Kloof Street. Besides being known for its humming array of restaurants, bars and coffee shops, Kloof St has almost every convenience right at your fingertips.
Includes:
- Free, uncapped 20mbs fibre wifi
- Desktop computer with internet
- Secure, fenced off parking is readily available
- Dining room table
- Lounge area with 55inch UHD 4K TV, connected to Netflix, YouTube, Deezer and much more
- Fully equipped kitchen including fridge, microwave, stove and oven
PLEASE NOTE:
Due to the severe drought, there are strict water restrictions in place in Cape Town. Guests are asked to comply with these and help us save water in this home. Thank you for understanding.

Tours include city, beach and sunset walks, as well as various mountain hikes and biking tours
GETTING AROUND:
- UBER is very well run in Cape Town and is the suggested mode of transport
- Ordering from a certified taxi company such as Elite Taxis, Citi Shuttles, Cape Town Shuttles, Excite Taxis and Rikkis is better than choosing a random private one from the street, for safety reasons.
- Be aware of the white bus taxis, while very cheap, they drive very recklessly, involving many fatal accidents and are often not road worthy.
- Be aware of public trains as they have a risk of muggings
