Please note: No children under 16 years old.. This smart, two bedroomed apartment boasts a waterfront position on the popular esplanade of Fowey.

Little Quoin occupies the upper floors of this substantial Victorian building and boasts uninterrupted views of the river, harbour and out to sea. The delightful Victorian balcony is the perfect place to sit and relax with your morning coffee or afternoon tea.

Whilst Cornwall itself has a wealth of popular tourist favourites for you to explore, the apartment is only a minute’s walk into the centre of Fowey and a 10-15 minute stroll to the sandy beach at Readymoney Cove.

Amazing location

Could not fault the property and the location was very good for all amenities in Fowey. Boat watching became a must from the balcony.

Little Quoin - Amazing Stay

An absolute stunner of a property with everything you need!! We honestly couldn't fault Little Quoin in any way. Every little detail was covered. The balcony was just superb for river watching and enjoying a last drink of the night (weather permitting!) The kitchen was more than adequately equipped and we even did a full roast dinner when the weather turned. Just the place to stay if you want to completely unwind with a fabulous view. Superbly located for most of Cornwall and the garage was a real bonus in Fowey. Would definitely stay again. Debs & Colin

Fantastic location.

Fantastic location. Accommodation clean and basic. Seating on balcony a bit uncomfortable and it could do with an upgrade especially as people want to spend as much time as possible admiring those terrific views. Would recommend people take extra towels as those given were inadequate. Place was clean although stain on bedsheet. Provision of garage parking was a bonus. Would visit again. What can we say other than perfect in every way , the view ,the welcome pack , the cleanliness the shop opposite with amazing gin selection  we travelled there in October 2020 and I would recommend to everyone as we felt very safe and everything you need is provided . We’ve stayed at this property on previous occasions but it has been pepped up, making it very comfortable. The owners are very helpful, the cleaners did a good job and were accommodating. It’s not perfect as 2nd bedroom has no en suite and balcony fairly narrow. Nevertheless stunning views good value for money and garage no problem. In terms of location perfect 2 minute walk to town centre and amazing view from the balcony in the living area. 10 out of 10 for the cleanness. Only minor criticism is Could of done with tvs in The bedrooms for the price Was paying for the holiday let would really expect this. It may not Matter for many people staying at this property but I have a 9 year old who like s to play the PlayStation which we had taken and on the couple of days which we had bad weather he spent a bit time on the PlayStation if had tv in bedroom would have given me the option of going up to watch tv while he had few games but a minor criticism which probably wouldn’t bother a large percentage of people choosing to staying this property.
