## Space
The flat features two bedrooms. The master is a double bedroom, while the secondary room features bunkbeds. The kitchen/living area is open plan, though large doors allow you to separate them should you desire! The kitchen is fully-equipped and has a standard suite of modern appliances. The sitting room is comfortable, and has a flatscreen television and a table for dining. The room is well lit through large, beautiful windows (with double-glazing, a real treat for Edinburgh!) The bathroom has a shower/bath combo available for your use.
Private parking is also available with the use of a parking permit.
My home is professionally cleaned and my guests can expect hotel-quality high thread-count bed linen and towels placed out for them upon their arrival. You’ll also be able to take advantage of 24/7 check-in.
## Access
Guests can access the entire property.
## Interaction
I won't be available in person but I have a fantastic support team who will be contactable by email or telephone during your stay.
## Neighborhood
The top of Leith Walk/Hillside area is a popular residential area with a distinctive creative and alternative feel all within walking distance from New Town and Old Town Edinburgh. My home is located a short walk from Broughton Street and Elm Row, an area characterised by delicious delis, tea houses, small restaurants, cafes and pubs. Around 10 minutes from Princes Street, Broughton Street is the ‘independent spirit of Edinburgh’. With Royal Terrace boasting beautiful classic townhouses dating back to the 19th Century it is a very appealing neighbourhood to stay in when visiting the city of Edinburgh.
## Transit
From the Airport take the tram to the final stop- just at the far end of Princes' Street. You're a fairly short walk from the flat here. Alternatrely, take one of the Airlink buses (300) to the top of Leith walk and walk down from here. A number of buses can be caught from Leith Walk, such as the 25, which will carry you to most corners of Edinburgh! Lothian Buses are the main bus operator in Edinburgh. They offer a great free app that provides route maps, fare information and live bus times. Its a great tool for getting around the city.
