The apartment is 100 m2 and has a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, toaster and coffee maker for capsules, among other facilities. The large living room has a flat-screen TV and a large window that invites you to relax on the sofa or chaise longue, enjoying the view over the bustle of the boulevard and the small garden in front of the apartment.
Great for work or leisure travel.
On request, a portable baby crib and baby bath towel can be provided free of charge.

L'appartement est en mauvais état. Les chaises, canapés so.t très sales. Le sol est profondément rayé. Manque de verres, cuillères. Pas d'etente pour le linge. Pas de clés pour les poubelles. La porte d'entrée ne fonctionne pas.

Lamentamos o seu desagrado relativamente aos aspetos referidos. Na verdade os estofos das cadeiras apresentavam nódoas que não sairam durante a limpeza, pelo que já procedemos à sua substituição que, infelizmente, não foi possível realizar antes da sua estadia. Já foram colocados novos talheres e copos. Por ser proibido usar estendal de roupa no exterior do edifício, existe no apartamento um pequeno estendal interior. A porta de entrada funciona bem e o edifício possui uma conduta interna para colocar o lixo. Lamentamos, no entanto, os eventuais transtornos e continuaremos a trabalhar no sentido de tornar as futuras estadias ainda mais confortáveis.
