1400 sq ft of living space. The Villa is located in a nicely wooded area; that contains a pool and a pond with a fountain. It has 2 patios: to relax and enjoy the view. The upstairs patio can be accessed by both bedrooms so you can sit outside to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. The property is located near Coligny Plaza and beach; and is a 3 minute drive to Sea Pines gate where you can shop, dine or simply relax on the beach. The beach is a short walk or bike ride from the Villa. The Villa has cable, Apple TV and internet and is stocked with the comforts of home.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo! Super spacious for working during the week and close enough to walk to some bars/restaurants at night. A smooth walk to the beach on a path close to the church to Woodward ave straight to alder lane beach access. The treetop community was great too and we loved and pools!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay in Hilton Head (again!) the location is perfect, just a short bike or walk to the beach, coligny and restaurants.The condo is as expected and contains everything you need for your stay- highly recommend!

Great vacation

Best home away from home

Clean, well stocked with everything beach and child including beach toys, indoor games, baby gates. Beautiful home with beautiful furniture. Property owner was wonderful. We stayed with our two daughters under 12 and dogs and had the best time.

Wonderful Christmas celebration

We had a wonderful family Christmas. The villa was perfect for family visits. The beach was a short walk, and the fact it was pet friendly made it perfect for us.

Good stay

Had a good time here. Great location, easy to bike everywhere from this location and easy walk to many things as well. Treetops is nice housing complex and grounds. Easy check in and check out and place has everything you need.

The location was fine once we found it the directions were not very straight forward .. altho I realize there are many buildings that look alike . The sliding doors to balcony did not open down or up not sure why but we did everything we could to open them and was told to go theough door in room w king bed to get to balcony that door also did not open well and gasket seemed to be not good to open . During stay we did find three cockroaches inside on floor in living room.

Anyone who has been to South Carolina knows we have Palmeto bugs especially hot humid areas. The unit is sprayed once a quarter. I was also there the week before this person and opened the sliding glass door but much easier to go through the master bedroom door.

Great place to stay. We had our infant son with us. The condo had everything that the adults needed and plenty of room for the plethora of stuff we brought for him. We had so much fun and walked to the beach every day!

Quiet spot in a wooded area.

The location was very nice. Short walk or drive to everything we needed (early morning walks on the beach plus a great dog park on the Island). Easy access to pool via a path right off the patio. Plenty of room for me and the dog.

Perfect family beach getaway

We had a wonderful stay, perfect for families or couples. Can’t beat the location with an easy 5 min bike ride or 15 min walk to the beach and close proximity to coligny. The condo has everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. Annette was easy to work with and responsive. We will be back next year!

Great 1st floor end unit and will definitely be rebooking for our next stay

I booked this unit for my Boyfriends birthday week. We both had to work while there, but the kitchen table was plenty big for our computers. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the location is so convenient to shops and restaurant's. It is also very dog friendly which we loved. Annett was an amazing host and we will be booking again !!

Nice condo although difficult to find because home numbers only visible when we got almost to the door and owner said that there was an anchor on the door and there wasn’t. Weather was cool but got in 2 walks on the beach everyday. Couldn’t get the downstairs television to work all week. It would have been nice to have some instructions on operating the TV. Several remotes some didn’t seem to work.
