Holiday home situated on a hilltop in the town of Almáchar, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.
In the middle of the awesome sights over the Axarquía mountains and the town of Almachar, you can take a glimpse of the Mediterranean Sea. And what about the joy of meeting with the vineyards and the fruit trees that grow all around this holiday home, as soon as you wake up in the impressive dawn?
The holiday home is characterised by a rustic and welcoming style, which permeates the three bedrooms, one with a double bed and and two with two single beds each. The house also has a dining-living room that shares space with a completely equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and an independent toilet. The house is equipped with a fireplace, WIFI, oven, washing machine. The three bedrooms are also provided with warm/cool AC, which is included in the price from October to April. From May to September, the AC has an extra cost of €50/week.
The estate is surrounded by fences and hedges in order to stay safe with children and cars, in addition to providing total privacy. In the outdoor area, you will find a private swimming pool, deckchairs where you can relax and sunbathe, a barbecue area and a huge terrace with awesome gardens.
The access’s last 400 meters are unpaved, and the holiday home is 1500 meters far from the Almachar – Vélez Málaga motorway.
