Bayfront Living in Prime Hook Beach - Pets Welcome

Thank you for staying with us! We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Hope to see you in the future.

Thank you for your kind words. We are happy you enjoyed your stay with us. Sorry for the power outage. We have had some bad storms this year.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, we’re glad to hear you found the home clean, well laid out, and a relaxing place for your stay. We also appreciate your notes about the laundry location, the small shower, and the beach path being overgrown. We will relay the feedback. It’s great to hear that you felt the property would be a good fit for pet‑friendly travel and that the fenced yard and gates met expectations. We also appreciate your comments about the amenities and pricing — feedback like yours helps us continue improving while keeping the home accessible for families looking for a peaceful beach getaway. Thank you again for staying with us and for recommending the property.

Thank you so much for staying with us and for sharing such thoughtful feedback. We’re glad to hear the house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of room for your week. We appreciate you pointing out the items that would improve the kitchen setup — knives, additional dishes, mugs, and a larger pot — and we’ll be looking into adding more. Your notes about the yard, storm doors, and the bay-view shrub are helpful as well. We’re so glad you enjoyed the back deck and had a great week overall. We’d love to welcome you back again

Thank you for staying with us and sharing your feedback! We’re happy to hear you had a relaxing trip, though we’re sorry for the frustrations with the trash, as pickup is scheduled but some guests don’t always follow the guidelines for when and where to place it. We’ll also address the shower and pathway concerns. We appreciate your recognition of our quick communication and look forward to hosting you and your husband again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re pleased to hear you had a great stay. We will be looking into adding more utensils to the kitchen. We hope to host you again soon.

Thank you for your review! We received your recommendations after you departed via email and already reached out to the owner about adding items. We had the cleaner go out after your stay since you did not reach out during your stay. As noted in the check-in instructions, the cleaner's number is located on the refrigerator if you have any questions or concerns or would like for someone to come back regarding anything. Unfortunately, we were not aware and so were not able to assist during your stay. The cleaner went out and took care of all items. Thank you again and glad you enjoyed the location! Have a great rest of your summer. - Ideal Property Solutions

Thank you so much for your review, we really appreciate the feedback. Happy to help out and would love to have you stay again in the future. Enjoy the rest of your summer! - Ideal Property Solutions

Thank you for the review! We really appreciate your feedback. Now that we are aware of these items, we can absolutely have them taken care of. For future reference, the contact information in the check-in instructions and on the contract are numbers to call if anything is unsatisfactory during your stay or needs attention! We have informed the owner of these problems and will have that taken care of right away. Hope you have a wonderful rest of your year and thanks again for staying, we're glad you enjoyed your time there. - Ideal Property Solutions

Thank you for the feedback! I am so sorry again that you did not enjoy your stay here. As you know, you reached out directly several days after you had left to make me aware and I responded that we were taking care of everything immediately and changing cleaning companies. The company came out and couldn't remedy the specific items you note here in your review because you already did it, they were happy to help with anything you needed! If you could reach out and let me know exactly what was "unusable" about the laundry, that would be helpful because we'd like to have anything and everything fixed. We've contacted pest control already regarding ants when it rains, replaced pillows/covers, and are having a deep clean done. - Ideal Property Solutions

Dear Brian, Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry that your stay did not meet expectations. We were unaware of the cleanliness and maintenance issues until you notified us, but once informed, we acted immediately to try to resolve them. This included offering to send our cleaner back the same day, contacting the waste service regarding the trash outside, and offering to reimburse you for the cleaning supplies you purchased. Regarding the specific items mentioned: • The storm door and refrigerator door have since been repaired. • The kitchen cabinet has been fixed. • The property does include two beach chairs, which are located outside facing the water. • The home does not have space for an outdoor dining setup, which is why it is not listed as an amenity. There is a room that you can look out of and embrace the scenery. Concerning the dog-related stains, as this is a pet-friendly rental and your party also brought pets, we were unable to verify the source of the issue. However, the floors have since been professionally deep cleaned. We take all feedback seriously and have addressed these matters to ensure future guests have a smooth and enjoyable stay.
