This apartment, in a well established urbanization, is on the first line of the beach with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the promenade of Mojacar Playa. The apartment is on the first floor and you have to climb the steps but the views are some of the best in the area. The apartment is equipped with WIFI and Spanish and English television. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and large terrace with table and chairs and two sun loungers. The apartment is equipped for four people and is very well located to forget the car. There is parking space in the underground garage. The urbanization is very close to a great selection of bars and restaurants.

Couldnt wish for anywhere better the apartment had loads space my 13 year old son felt safe there the pool beautiful the views from the balcony amazing booked for nxt year

Great location

Our second stay at this apartment…we love the location and the view. Apartment has everything you need…only downside this year was the pool was not working…for more or less the entire time of our stay…luckily I can speak Spanish and the neighbours told me what was going on…but would have been nice to have been told. Otherwise…hopefully we will stay there again next year…

Flat is in an ideal location with stunning views. Well laid out ….and we did enjoy our time there very much….few little niggles….flat fixtures and fitting are worn…few plates and bowls chipped…cupboards and draws needed a clean…broken clothes dryer…and one that could be used. Patio chair cushions rather dirty. No bath/shower mats. We thought the passing over of the keys was fine, but maybe the €25 should be included in the price. No of the above detracted for us having a great time in the flat and Mojácar it’s self…and we would stay there again…

Muy buena ubicación

El apartamento está bien equipado, limpio, con útiles de cocina suficientes, a/a en salón y habitaciones, plaza garaje, wifi... Ubicación perfecta frente al mar. Zona tranquila con varios restaurantes, heladería y un par de tiendas. La piscina, muy bien, casi siempre vacía. Cierto es, q el apartamento no está reformado, con lo q azulejos, decoración, sanitarios... Son antiguos, pero todo en buen estado.

El apartamento tiene muy buena ubicación. Lo mejor la gran terraza con vistas al mar, pero esta bastante descuidado y tienen hormigas por todos lados.

11 day well needed break

We have stayed in Mojacar for the last 5 years and this is the best property so far. We did have problems however that were quite minor such as Ants which the Rep there quickly got onto and helped eradicate the problem. Also the electric trips out too often when the air con is on and you use another appliance (hairdryer, Cooker, and mainly the toaster although this might be a faulty toaster) It needs a bigger Amp fuse for the main switch not a 15 Amp one which cannot hold the power when you have more than a couple of electrical things on. All told though the apartment was clean and comfortable with great sea view. We would book this again.

El piso está muy descuidado: grifos que cierran mal, bañera desconchada, cama con muelles muy molestos, toldo agujereado en la terraza, menaje de cocina minimo y de mala calidad, cafetera oxidada, baldosas sueltas en la pared de la terraza, rejilla de la barbacoa que no nos atrevimos a usar por cómo estaba de sucia, piedras para sejetar las puertas, ni un estropajo o bayeta en la cocina, nada de jabón, champú... Solo había una botella pequeña de lavavajillas. Estuvimos en varias ocasiones en el piso de al lado y estaba perfecto en cuanto a estado y equipamiento. Los vecinos habían pagado lo mismo que nosotros así que, definitivamente no estoy satisfecho con lo recibido a cambio del dinero que he pagado. No repetiré con esa agencia que lo alquila

La ubicación es muy buena ,la terraza estupenda y con magníficas vistas, el apartamento grande y luminoso Pero los grifos se salen casi todos y hay bastantes hormigas
