Set in the middle of the Tramuntana World Heritage mountains this place is surrounded by nature and quietness. The house is set on a large private olive grove with millenary olive trees just off the small garden. Hundreds of centenary stone walls support the properties’ slopes. There is plenty of outside sitting to enjoy the views, while relaxing or having lunch. The swimming pool is set next to the house and is also surrounded by trees.

This plot is located about 12 minutes away from Soller and Port de Soller, where you can find anything that you need with plenty of stores, bars and restaurants. The road is mostly paved although not particularly wide. If you have experience with mountain roads, you can drive a large SUV just fine, however if you do not, a mid-size sedan or small SUV should be the chosen vehicle.
There are many hiking and/or mountain bike trails in the area.
