About this property

Luxury 2 bed 2 bath private villa with heated pool and free WiFi

Casa Montana Rosa is a luxury villa that sleeps 4, 1 double (super king size) & 2 single beds. Fully furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout. The interior of the villa has marbled floors and charming shutters that guarantee a peaceful nights sleep. Outside is an immaculate 8.5m x 4m (27ft x 13ft) heated pool with a thermal cover. If you wish for the pool to be heated, it is charged on a per week basis, please ask for cost when booking. The pool is set in a large sun terrace with 4 sun loungers. The terrace also offers a shaded area for those wishing to sit out of the sun. There is also a dining area available on the terrace for those wishing to dine alfresco. The large garden also has mature palms which are lit up green at night (lights are on a timer) and other native plants with a Canarian style BBQ. The villa also has a 50 inch flat screen smart TV, with Satellite TV package which includes BBC, ITV, Channel 4 & 5 and various other Sky channels including some Spanish & German channels , but mainly UK tv , as well as a DVD player with a selection of modern DVD's available. We also provide free Wifi for all our guests. We provide 3 top quality mountain bikes to explore the local area.
A washing machine, rotary washing line and iron with ironing board is also available for our guests to use and bath and beach towels are provided. Ample private parking is available outside the villa at the front of the property.

There are over 4 restaurants, 2 supermarkets, a cafe selling cakes, pastries, lovely breakfast & a lunch time menu, 4 friendly easy-going bars and a barbers, off license we’re you can change money if needed, all within a 3 minute walk from the villa and a bus service which takes you into Playa Blanca town and direct to the beaches.

This villa is ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday on a peaceful residential area taking in the stunning views of Montana Roja and enjoying the coastal walk that leads you past Playa Flamingo beach and into the heart of Playa Blanca. Playa Blanca has a large selection of cosmopoliton cafes and restaurants along with all types of shops, banks and a taxi rank.

This villa is suitable and ideal for couples who are looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway, please note that we are unable to accommodate large groups of party goers, we request that all guests are respectful to our neighbours and the surrounding area.

We would like to remind all our guests that this is a NO SMOKING property. Prices are based on 2 adults sharing, sorry but we can not cater for children , bookings are based on minimum of 5 days, a surcharge will added for shorter stays. Please ask before booking .

I was surprised there was nothing like a salad bowl! The main thing for me would be a few adjustments for accessibility eg. a rail on the pool steps (I couldn't use the pool) and similarly something to hang on to in the shower.

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was clean, 2 min walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. Gorgeous sunset spot a couple of minutes away. Owner quick to answer any questions. We are from the South West of England. Over the last 35 years we have enjoyed many holidays in Lanzarote, especially in Playa Blanca.

Why they chose this property

We were lucky enough to rent this villa before we purchased it. It is situated in a safe lovely, peaceful residential area in Faro Park, Playa Blanca. This location is ideal for coastal walks, mountain views and a stones throw away from some excellent restaurants and a couple of small supermarkets.

What makes this property unique

We love the area of Faro Park because it is convenient for local buses to take you direct to the beach/Playa Blanca town centre, and Marina Rubicon, so a car is not necessary. The local restaurant in faro park consist of English, Spanish, a tapas bar, a chicken takeaway, cocktail bar and La Moka which serves delicious breakfast and array of cakes and pastries, and two small supermarkets selling everything you need for a holiday just as you would find at home. One of the supermarkets is open til midnight. Also there is a Bureau de Change next door to the supermarket and a cash point machine.
