The construction of the rural house features terracotta flooring, wooden beams, wooden doors and windows, solid wrought iron grilles, and ceramic tiles. These materials provide a rustic charm that perfectly harmonizes with the natural surroundings of the house.

The spacious house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a room with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, the kitchen, and the living-dining room with a fireplace and two sofas, one of which is a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional guests. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with two single beds each and another bathroom with a bathtub. The rural house is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, satellite TV, and internet connection via WIFI.

Outside the rural house, you can enjoy the swimming pool, prepare a barbecue on the large terrace, and have a pleasant evening with your family while enjoying wonderful views of the La Viñuela Reservoir, the Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara, and Alhama Natural Park, as well as several white villages in the area.

Within the property, there is a parking area. Access is via a 500-meter dirt track.

Excellent stay

If you are looking for a clean villa in the country side with spectacular scenery and views, a family friendly accommodation with a nice large pool, internet and other needed amenities this is the place. Dialogue with Juan, directions and instructions were spot on. Me, my wife and 3 kids really enjoyed our stay, can highly recommend.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Villa wirklich genossen. (Kleiner erdiger Weg vor der Ankunft in der Villa, aber mit unserem Opel Corsa gingen wir zuerst hinauf und es war) Ruralidays ist ein ausgezeichneter Service! Sie sind sehr aufmerksam und aufmerksam. Ich empfehle auch diese Firma.

Es la segunda vez que voy y digo que volveré una tercera y una cuarta... Todo en la casa es estupendo, desde el lugar donde se encuentra, la distribucion (he tenido la suerte de conocerlas las dos y tengo duda sobre la que más me gusta) la piscina con un tamaño idóneo, las zonas de estar(tanto interior como exterior), la cocina (lo suficientemente bien equipada como para no echar en falta nada), los dos baños, las habitaciones, el fresquito para dormir de noche aunque sea pleno agosto y sobre todo los dueños son todo amabilidad. Y si a todo eso unimos un baño nocturno en la piscina iluminada sobre el cielo estrellado, no tiene palabras para decribirlo. Toda mi familia se han ido encantados y con la esperanza de volver el año proximo. Un saludo y no lo dudeis. Las fotos que veis son la casa no hay truco.
