Nice apartment with pool only few minutes from the beach
Our comfortable apartment Al Roccolino is located in the charming San Felice del Benaco, – with swimming pool offers a nice accommodation only 60 km from Verona and 30 km from Sirmione.
The apartment consists of a large bedroom with double bed on the gallery, a living room with double sofa bed, dinette and kitchen, two balconies and a cellar as a shelter for bicycles is also available.
With its fully equipped kitchen with oven, bathroom with shower, WC, hairdryer and cosmetic mirror, as well as free wifi, our apartment offers everything for a relaxing and independent holiday.
A private car parking is also available. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.
The place is an ideal starting point for a relaxing holiday for the whole family and supermarkets, bank and doctor are in few minutes distance.
The beach of Baia del Vento is only 2 km away, here you can find: a pedal boat rental, a bar, a restaurant, a very good pizzeria in family ownership, many other beautiful beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car.

An sich sehr schön, aber …..
Schöne Wohnung, wo leider von den hohen Reinigungskosten nur sporadisch etwas umgesetzt wird.
Vorwiegend im Bad wurde die Reinigung waren bei unserem Besuch mehrere Urlauber verewigt
Aber gut ausgestattete, schöne Wohnung.
Fernsehen leider nur für italienischsprachige Besucher möglich.
Großer Balkon, der Mitte September auch total mückenfrei war.
In Ruhiger Lage.
Die Mauer hinter der Toilette und dem Waschbecken mit Fliesen verkleiden. -> absolut unhygienisch
Die vom Urlauber eingeforderten Reinigungskosten auch dafür verwenden.
Für Urlauber zumindest ein paar Sender in verschiedenen Sprachen bereitstellen. Gardasee ist mit deutschsprachigen Urlaubern sehr hoch besiedelt.

Sommerurlaub September 2019
Die Unterkunft war sauber, die Lage gut, der Pool war groß und sehr sauber. Die Dame vom Servicebüro war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten zuerst kein Internet zur Verfügung, aber nach einem kurzen Anruf wurde das Problem behoben, auch die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet. Man kann das Büro von Garda-fewo.de nur weiterempfehlen.
Was uns gefehlt hat, waren Auflagen für die Stühle auf dem Balkon. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden.
