Boutique Beach House is a stunning, 6 bedroom family holiday house in St Ives, Cornwall and has everything you need for a wonderful holiday. It is situated just above the beach, with amazing views over award-winning Porthmeor Beach, from both the house and large garden.
It is ideally located 2 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes from the charming town of St Ives, with all its shops and restaurants.
With lots to entertain you and your children including an X-Box, table football and pirate ship this house is perfectly suited for families. There is also parking for 2 cars.
St Ives has won many awards for its blue flag beaches and town, and we can advise you on the many things there are to do. Alternatively, just grab a glass of champagne and gaze at the clear blue sea out of your window.

St Ives, Tresillian- Beach Boutique House

Lovely house with stunning views over Porthmeor beach. We were a family of 10, 6 adults, a teen and 3 younger children aged 4 to 6. The front bedrooms have stunning views, kid’s bedrooms had fun decor and a supply of nice books and a few toys. The snug was popular on the ground floor, tv and games console with a big sofa and bean bag was a great hit with the children and adults! The summer house has table football too, so if the weather’s unkind there are options. The owners left us a fab cream tea and other bits and pieces in a welcome pack which was a lovely touch. The decor in the house is very tasteful with high quality bedding, towels etc. Kitchen has coffee machine and everything we needed, the utility room even has a washer and dryer. The only thing we found odd was the microwave was positioned above the dryer which is stacked on the washer, you need to be at least 6 foot tall to safely use it, a minor point which was irritating but didn’t spoil our stay. Also look at the parking advice given before you arrive, especially if you have several cars! Parking is tight for 2 cars, we parked a VW golf and Land Rover Discovery but side on nose to tail as a neighbour stopped us and said we’d get a ticket if the cars overlapped the edge of the footpath. Our 3rd car had to be moved frequently in the local car park and surrounding area. Overall we had a lovely holiday and would recommend this house to others.

We have 3 children and originally moved to beautiful St Ives from London for the glorious surroundings and beach lifestyle. We moved to Exeter in 2018 after 7 fabulous years, but we cannot escape the irresistible pull of St Ives and often come down for holidays.

Why they chose this property

The location is about as good as it gets in St Ives. The beach is mere steps away and the views ........! The house has a wonderful open plan feel, whilst also having space to find some peace if necessary. With beautiful personal touches you will feel at home in moments. The large garden is one of very few St Ives. Fantastic for children and adults alike.
