Paddle - Sea view apartment with 3 pools, tennis & squash court

Ideally located in one of Sao Martinho's premier developments, this spacious apartment offers an unrivalled range of facilities to its guests. As well as three swimming pools to choose from, outdoor amenities include a small football field, mini golf course and tennis courts. Indoors, guests can enjoy the squash court. Communal areas are equipped with table tennis and a pool table and wireless internet access is available free of charge.

The property is spacious, practical, composed of lounge kitchen and 2 bedrooms. There is a double bedroom and a very small bedroom with bunkbeds, this last one has no windows, although it benefits of natural light. The property can accommodate up to 4 guests.

If you bring a baby, a highchair and travel cot is available for hire. Please contact us for more information.

You benefit of a private patio from where you have breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.

This is an ideal property for couples and small families.

Beautiful view
The property manager is very friendly and the view from the property is amazing. The apartment is right in front of the swimming pool. The apartment is big enough for 3 persons. It is a pity that the terrace on the garden side does not offer furniture.

Un apartamento muy acogedor. Decoración sencilla y cálida. Con todo lo necesario. La urbanización muy agradable sobre todo la piscina y las vistas. Sólo necesita más mantenimiento el minigolf que está muy abandonado. No pudimos utilizar zonas comunes de juego por Covid19. Sao Martinho y su entorno es ideal. Gracias a Filipe y a Tê, Sofía y Leisse

Beautiful complex with pools and soccer pitch, very well maintained, however, it is not appropriate for elderly or people with mobility issues. The apartment despite my request for a ground floor apartment is only accessible via a series of steps with further steps required to access the pool area. The apartment itself also has a step in it dividing the living from the sleeping areas. There is no washing machine and it is not apparent from the pictures or website that this number of steps need to be taken on the website.
