Beautiful 5-bedroom home on the waters edge of Sovereign Harbour
*Please note before booking this property that it can sleep a maximum of 7 adults and 2 children as the bunk room is only suitable for children*
Marina Views is a magnificent home that sits right on the edge of the inner Sovereign Harbour quay.
The wonderful location of the Sovereign Harbour means that you are just minutes from the nearest beach as well as the local shops, cafes and restaurants of 'The Waterfront' retail park.
The property spans across 3 floors with 5 bedrooms in total sleeping up to 9 guests (maximum of 7 adults) and the option of an additional child on a pullout futon bed.
For anyone with mobility issues there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a zip and link bed that can be setup as a kingsize bed or two singles. This room also has an ensuite shower room and there an additional W/C across the hall. A second king room is on the middle floor and then the top floor has a king size master with ensuite, a bunk room (children only), a single room with additional futon (child only) and a family bathroom.
Also on the middle floor is the inviting living room that has gorgeous views of the harbour, you can either sit back into one of the large sofas to enjoy the view or take to the balcony with a cup of coffee and really take it all in with the fresh air.
When the sun goes down and you can take yourself away from the views the living area, as well as several of the bedrooms, have large Smart TVs where you access your Netflix, BBC iPlayer, NOW TV and other online applications.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen that includes a large fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and all the cooking utensils you will need for a self-catering break.
The property has off road parking for one car and then there is free roadside parking for additional cars. WiFi and all utility bills are included with this property.
One well behaved small to medium adult dog which has been spayed / neutered may be permitted at an additional fee, but please discuss with us before booking as this in on a selective basis and the owner requests more information.
