A HUGE 4-bed apartment in Eastbourne, moments from the pier and seafront! Terminus Rd has lots of restaurants and shops - very convenient.

NEW kitchen in 2021 with American fridge-freezer.

The flat has 3 enormous bedrooms and 1 further double bedroom with sink. All bedrooms have double beds and two have 2 extra single beds each, giving scope to accommodate 8 adults and 4 kids comfortably. The dining table seats 10.

Good internet, baby cot & highchair.

Family groups preferred.

The lounge is extremely spacious, and has a dining table to seat 10. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath (with shower over it) and the other with a shower and utility area (washing machine and sink).

Guest access:
Keysafes allow for self-check in to the flat.
Flat is on the second floor, so not suitable for disabled access.

Parking: there is an NCP multi-storey in the lane behind the flat. Can also park on seafront (same side as sea offers longer stay) or for free around Grange Rd area (10 min walk away).

Other things to note:
No pets allowed.
No smoking allowed.
No candles allowed.
