Located in a quiet residential area of Cala d'Or, this modern and comfortable semi-detached holiday home is within easy walking distance of all the resort's amenities, like large supermarket, banks, restaurants, boutiques, children's playgrounds, etc ... Several beaches, like Cala Gran, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Ferrera and Cala Petita are just a stroll away and within a short drive you can reach the popular beach of Cala Mondrago situated in the natural park near Portopetro.

The private swimming pool is situated at the backside of the house and enjoys a pleasant sun terrace with artificial grass, sun beds, terrace table with chairs, exterior shower, a grill area and canvas sail canopy offering a shaded spot on the chill out area. Inside, the house is distributed on two floors and includes on the ground floor a modern, fitted kitchen, guest toilet, comfortable and bright lounge and dining area with air conditioning. On the first floor all 3 bedrooms with air conditioning, 1 family bathroom and 1 ensuite shower. The master bedroom enjoys a walk in closet. It is possible to arrange a travel cot and high chair. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are included in the price.

Within the direct area, there are 2 children's playgrounds, (one at 100m and one at 300m) a gym is at only 100m from the property. Here they speak English and offer all kind of sport activities. At only 200m there is a supermarket, where you can buy daily fresh bread, fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
When traveling with children, a nice way to discover Cala d'Or is by "Mini Tren". This is a little hop-on hop-off train that drives you around the area. Near the house there is also a public bus stop.
