Wonderful stay. Place was clean and ready for us to come in. Only one tiny thing it smelled like cigarettes, but we were prepared with Lysol and cleaning sprays which eliminated that. Loved the scenery and how actively the mangers were.

3 days before our stay was to begin, our reservation was canceled by the management company due to their error on dates. Had to find another place on Easter weekend at a higher price. Very upset and disappointed.

Unit could use improvements but we had fun anyway

The condo was a bit tired and lacking in some areas. There were only three forks in a unit meant for eight and other utensils were scarce as well. We had two children in our party and all dishes were glass and drinking glasses were so big around that I had difficulty holding them. The tv offering’s were very good so it was nice to have options at the few times we watched. Overall comfortable and great access to the beach and pools. Our 3 generations had a great New Year trip!

South Padre Island Summer

The rental process was normal. I definitely think this unit can be updated...but overall, it was comfortable and a great location. The entire condo is older...but we knew this going in...what can’t be beat is the location...quieter part of the beach toward the south -end. I prefer this for a young family compared to the north side hotels by Clayton’s which is fun...but too loud. However, to make this unit a repeat visit for us...I would suggest changing the living room furniture (very dated...cloth seems gross for a wet/humid environment like the beach)...new bed comforters (or at least the Master)...updating the kitchen would be nice...and newer porch chairs. It feels 1980s or early 1990s. The washer and dryer seem new and nice. A big suggestion is to throw out the 2nd bathroom shower curtain...it smells like mildew as soon as you walk in (not fresh). These improvements would make a future stay amazing! Memories were made though...can’t beat location.

Run down and needs facelift

We love Sea Vista’s location..However this property is in need of a major FACELIFT and serious cleaning 🧹 🧼...in general the condo was out dated and every surface felt sticky...kitchen needs new set of clean pots and pans...Furniture in living room needs to be removed...this place is NOT UP TO STANDARD...worn out & time for an over haul

You HAVE to stay here!

Highly recommend this location! The condo was ready for us to check in on time and the place looked amazing. Property manager Cris was readily available every time I called and was happy to assist us. She repeatedly asked if there was anything we needed; which we always said no to since the condo was very well equipped with all our needs. We will definitely come back and hope it is very soon! Thank you Cris for making our stay as relaxing and perfect as we had envisioned.

Thanksgiving get away

We enjoyed staying at this condo very much. The pools and hot tubs were well maintained and the property was quiet. We especially enjoyed sitting on the large balcony and watching people down on the beach. We would definitely stay here again. The property manager ,Andy, was very nice and helpful also!

Everything from check in to departure was very easy. The condo was so clean and comforting. My family has been staying at SPI for several years and this was a great condo. Clean, perfect distance to beach and very private from surrounding hotels. Morning view was fabulous!!

Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful vacation spot with lots of activities near by for and great place to stay with family. Very kid friendly and quiet hours are observed strictly (thankfully). We are looking forward to our next stay next year and hope to be able to stay in the same unit.

Great time!

Property was AWESOME! We had group of 6 people that met up in South Padre to unwind and do a little offshore fishing. Boy did we unwind! The condo was great! The beach access was perfect. Walk out the door, down the short boardwalk and you are in the beach. View was great from the balcony and the neighbors were great as well. Cab service in SPI is impeccable as well. I don't think we got into our vehicles once we parked at the condo. Will definitely be back and book this property again!

Great condo!

Sea Vista is our favorite place to stay on the island and this unit did not disappoint. Perfect location right next to the pool with a great view of the ocean. The entire condo has fresh paint/finishes and the beds were super comfortable with brand new bedding. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner. We had a small issue with the cable but the management company was amazing and Criss came right over to take care of it. We had a great stay and would definitely choose this unit again!
