Recently renovated design apartment listed as Turismo de Interior located in an emblematic building in the center of Palma de Majorca, Balearic Islands, next to the Plaça de Santa Eulàlia. This is the old "Toy Museum" converted in 2019 into spectacular holiday apartments with all the luxury of details, in which elements of modern design merge with details of the classic Mallorcan architecture of much value and some pieces of the museum that in his day it was.
It has a capacity for 2 people, a bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. We can install a cot, on request, for a cost of €10/day. In the event that you need it, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.
Both the building and the apartment are fully equipped with all the necessities to enjoy a fantastic stay. The building is located in a very quiet street where vehicles hardly pass. You can enjoy walking through the essence of the city of Palma de Majorca from its historic center.
Booking conditions:
- A deposit of €250 will be retained during your stay.
Rules:
-It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the property, in case of not complying with the rule you will be penalized.
-Please keep order and cleanliness inside the apartment.
-Please respect the areas of the community: stairs and hallway, keeping them clean and going through quiet restrictions.
ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, HIGH MUSIC AND THE HOLIDAYS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the case of receiving complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any person in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, remaining also with the deposit.
"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, since it does not have common areas.
Note: The apartment is located in an area for residents only. To access the property by car, it is essential that we contact the City Hall to request a circulation authorization for you. We will give you instructions when you make the reservation.
