Casa Santa Isabel is a wonderful property that is situated in a very quiet area with views over the surrounding countryside. The villa has six bedrooms, a fireplace, a private pool, and is situated in tranquil area on the outskirts of the resort centre of Ferragudo.



The villa comes with a modern kitchen, which comes equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator and various utensils. The luxurious and large living room is fitted with a fireplace, a television, two sofas and a sofa-bed, a dining table and a dining area.



This six-bedroom villa consists of two en-suite master-bedrooms, three double-bedrooms, and a twin bedroom. There are four additional full bathrooms.



The villa also has a pantry with a freezer, washing machine, ironing board and iron. The swimming pool is has a size of eight by four metres with integral steps, and surrounded by sunbeds, and the villas private terrace.



Casa Santa Isabel is the perfect villa for a summer holiday with family and friends in peaceful and pretty surroundings whilst still being close to the resort and beach. With large enclosed gardens and extensive lawns, it's ideal for families and friends alike.



There is a €500 security deposit to be paid to the owner on arrival which is refunded one week after departure (subject to breakages)

Was a decent property, but had many flaws, one shower broken, no hot water for the first two days, and found a dead rat in the pool half way through the holiday, there was also no sun loungers as shown in the photos and there was plenty of cracks in the tiling and walls when we arrived. Overall an okay stay but much room for improvement.

Hi Jacob First of all we are glad you managed to have a great holiday. Regarding the points you made please see below the owner's reply to them? “So hot water you reported, and I offered to go straight there to check – the reply was – don’t worried to come now , tomorrow is fine! this was about 8 pm. Went to the villa in the next morning at 7 am to change the gas bottle. Anyway, couldn’t try if it was everything ok because they all a sleep. In the afternoon he said – still no hot water, so talking via WhatsApp I understood it was the boiler batteries run off, so I went at the same day in the evening to replace them and everything was working. The house was left in chaos, maids had to send them away because at 10 am was still a sleep. Swimming pool full of sand, in the garden was lots of rubbish, they broke 3 sun chairs (yes, we did remove the sun loungers and replace them for sun chairs, and an outside sofa – 2 sits plus an armchair (garden sets)). Anyway, they can lie on the grass to sunbathe ?! They left 3 bags of rubbish too (one was enormous). Broke a shutter, had to call the technician to fix it. They didn’t report about the rat… this has never been an issue with this villa so a one off … " VillaMore Team
