Elegant apartment in a small 19th century building, recently restored. The house is located in the ancient Villanova district. One of the most characteristic of the city of Cagliari. More precisely in via Sulis. Central and at the same time reserved road. A few steps from the Bastion of St Remy and the Constitution Square. Very close to the Antico Caffè (the oldest and most pleasant place in the city and in the Pirani Braserie). In the green of the plants cared for by the residents.
