Offered by FL Vacation Connection, this perfect island getaway is located on the southern tip of Longboat Key with a beautiful beach and pool area.
This deluxe unit features almost 1700 sq ft with a 52’ long, beachfront lanai. The oversized living and dining area and both bedrooms open to the lanai. There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven and a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed with dressing area and bath. The guest bedroom has two twin/single beds and a dressing area and bath.
Our guests have access to the beautiful private beach, pool and hot tub area only. Resort amenities (golf, dining, tennis, room and maid service or fitness) are private and not included. No money is exchanged on the property.

The other reviews are correct. The place is not updated but it wasn't a deal breaker. The balcony had a great view of the ocean and a small view of the pool on the far right side. We had a fuse go out that was connected to the tv but I was fine with that. They did ask to come fix it but we were ok. The two single separate beds in the one room need to be replaced. My daughter slept on the couch due to how unstable it was. It was really wobbly. Overall for the price it was fine. Keep in mind you will not be able to order anything at the pool or restaurant. Its tied to the resort and this unit is not part of it. They charge to the room through the resort. We had a good rapport with the staff and they told us they couldn't do a thing. Everything else you can do. A Publix is just up the road and we got our food and drinks there (probably cheaper). After all said we will come back again. Worth the price and the location. Small suggestions but we honestly had a great time here. Just change those single beds to a sturdier frame. Amazing time. Saw a sea turtle come up on shore and lay eggs. Not busy at all as all the other buildings down the beach are single owners and not rented out. Had the beach to ourselves. Love it. We will be back.

Nice beach front views

We enjoyed the expansive balcony overlooking the beach. The pool area and beach were very nice. The unit was large (although somewhat dated) and all rooms had nice views.

Beautiful and convenient location

This is a spacious and beautiful apartment in the Longboat Key Club resort but without Club amenities. It has great ocean views and is right on the pristine beach. We’ve stayed several times and it has always been an excellent experience.

Great property in a great location!

Had a wonderful stay and was happy with the condition and location. The only caution is to make sure you understand the limitations you have to access amenities at the resort. Enjoy!

Nice property in a great location.

Great to work with FVC who manage this property that sits within building two of LBK Resort. The apartment needs a little updating but it works very well and had everything you need. The. beach and access to it is great. We had a lovely trip and love LBK in general.

This is a beautiful, well-placed and spacious unit. Beds were very comfortable. Though everything was in working order, much of the condo itself is outdated. It’s a great value but just don’t expect it to be bright and sparkly. It is showing its 40 year age.

2207 Condo Inn on the Beach

This condo was a perfect set up for two couples. Both bedrooms are separated by the great room/dining/kitchen. The full balcony gives everyone a nice view from every room. The location was close to the beach and the pool. The house was clean and had all you would need to cook and/ or not. We will be back. The location is close to everything in downtown. Lovely decorations and very hard to leave.

Recently stayed at this VRBO property. Fantastic view from the balcony for morning coffee and evening drinks. The condo is nicely decorated and was very clean. It's much larger than it appears on the pictures. All the conveniences of home. Had a fantastic stay.

Great neighborhood. Property seemed larger than in the pictures. Very nice pool area and beach. Only minus is no access to pool bar or restaurants.

Great location, clean, bright and good size rooms! Kitchen/laundry needs updating and additional utensil (sharp knives). Enjoyed our stay and pool staff could not be more professional and kind!!! The Beach our favorite!!

Great location and very quiet!

The view was AMAZING! The condo and decor was dated but the view made everything great! The only confusing part was the membership vs people that rent through an outside source. You have no access to the restaurants or pool bar. Overall the view made the trip!

Father’s Day Weekend

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend! However, please know that the bellhops will not allow access to the luggage carts (locked up) unless you pay them. He was quite rude, and we decided to take care of ourselves. Aside from the bellhop, we truly enjoyed the property & beach.

Close proximity to club but without access

Even though we knew in advance we would not have access to the club’s restaurant, pool, etc; we felt slightly ostracized.

spacious but needs updating

large condo, great view. Did not like not being able to order even a drink from the resort. Kitchen was old and decrepit. Needs new coffeemaker and toaster and dishwasher. would not rent this unit again.

Business and Beach Time

We conducted several meetings in the condo as well as enjoyed personal time. Location of the bedrooms gave lots of privacy and the large areas, with multiple tables, provided different options for business meetings. The only issue we had was the availability of plugs for phones/computers due to the age of the property. Also, TV in main room operated differently from bedrooms and were unable to operate it. Location perfect and view magnificent. Would definitely recommend.
