The structure is immersed in an olive grove of 10,000 m2 and an outdoor swimming pool with sea view. The complex is 2 km from the sea, 3 km from the natural reserve of torre guaceto and 10 km from the white city of Ostuni. The closest locality is specchiolla.

Séjour agréable cependant quelques lacunes

Le propriétaire est très agréable. La location est atypique cependant il est regrettable que la salle de bain ne soit pas à la hauteur. Douche à porte coulissante exiguë, difficultés à y entrer pour des gabaries corpulent (même moyennement). Douche à pommeau fixe en hauteur, pas de flexible pour pouvoir se doucher au niveau du bas du corps. Equipement de cuisine réduit au stricte minimum.
