Trullo Sereno is located just outside the picturesque, whitewashed town of Cisternino - voted one of Italy’s most beautiful places to live. The neighbouring towns of Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica and Martina Franca are all a 10 - 15 minute drive away. The Trullo is set in over 2 acres of private land and is surrounded by olive, almond and fruit trees. It is the spectacular views overlooking the Itria Valley, with Cisternino twinkling in the background that make this property truly special. The Trullo has been lovingly designed to reflect the tradition of the area and each stone in the house has been crafted by hand. The interior of the Trullo has a contemporary feel with a spacious hi-tec well equipped designer kitchen. Outside there is a grand terrace with a dining table seating up to 10 people, ideal for entertaining whilst enjoying the view. A stunning pool with a spacious sun terrace and lounge area is perfect for relaxing in the sunshine.

Family trip to Italy!

We enjoyed the villa and the Puglia area. Loved the villa with cool Trullo design with lovely modern interior and decor. Relaxing and fun times in the pool, Al fresco dinners and then loved exploring the area and beaches near and far! Lovely trip.

Lovely Trulli in the countryside

Beautiful modern, clean trulli in the stunning countryside in Puglia. Everything you need for a weeks stay. A special thank you to Angelita who went above and beyond to make our stay so precious. My only suggestion would be for some outdoor comfy seating / sofa area where we can enjoy the view and some sundowners. Otherwise a perfect stay

Well presented property, secluded and restful

We spent a lovely week at Trullo Serena with our son and partner. Unfortunately the weather was poor during our stay, but with the underfloor heating cranked up & reverse cycle aircons, it was kept very cosy. The property has a high standard of finish, and contained everything needed for a fully self-contained holiday. We only went out for dinner on two occasions during the week, as eating in was just as pleasurable. A car is essential as it’s at least a 15min drive to the nearest supermarket and restaurant.

Good overall

Villa is great overall and in a good location close to Cisternino. Outdoor space is excellent although the gardens need a bit of attention & there is some partially hidden rubbish that needs to be removed. Outdoor seating area cushions are worn out & need replacing. We had ongoing issues with the air conditioning, hot water & gas hob. Would have been good if everything had been tested & checked before our arrival. Would have expected all of these things to have been in order when you consider the villa rental is very pricey in the summer. That said the managing agent is very helpful & a nice lady. Also had some noise & drone issues from our neighbours.
