Lovely villa about 10/12 mins walk downhill to nearest shop. Very warm heated pool although it was in need of some improvements as it was tired looking. Overall stay was great and very relaxing. A couple of very good restaurants near by.

The Villa is very comfortable with all you need for a relaxing holiday.The pool temperature was always 32 degrees centigrade and so was perfect.The owner is very efficient and answers questions very quickly and comprehensively.We had a great time, thank you Natasha.

The property was lovely - very clean andvwell appointed. There was plenty of cookwear in the kichen and towels in the bathrooms and for the pool. The host was friendly and really informative from the moment we booked to checking out. Thr villa is in a great location just outside of the Old Town (about a 10-15 minute walk) and if you like walking there is a great walk to Puerto Calero marina across the cliff top that takes about an hour. You can also getthere by taxi in about 10 minutes! The pool was warm and clean and there was plenty of seating. Would thoroughly recommend this villa

Good location for old townOn the incline on the way back so we did tend to get a cab as only 3.35 eurosSpotlessly clean and very homelyWould definitely stay again

Really enjoyed our 12 nights stay - very clean and everything as it should be . Great showers too ! Great communication and handover etc Road noise not a issue at all to us Great pool - warmest we’ve ever had Only point to mentioning BBQ could do with an upgrade , other than that totally recommend

So good we have booked to come back

Lovely single storey villa with pool on the outskirts of town so very quiet. Supermarkets are within easy walking distance and the owners have kindly provided a shopping trolley. We loved it so much we have already booked our return.

Had a lovely stay at this property it’s exactly how described Natasha the host is lovely, and Darren the pool guy as well He will help you for quickest routes down to the restaurant and supermarket The restaurant along the road that’s in alondora villas is a must visit , amazing place It’s called Arenos but make reservation as they host weddings as well Janis and George

Real Gem

Second stay at Casa Fabio. It is a lovely property with a sunny patio and pool area. Really well equipped throughout and the hosts are really responsive. Can't wait to book again.

Beautiful villa

We would both look to stay here again when we return - private pool area not overlooked, spacius and clean vill with everything you need. 10 minute walk to the old town, but lovely restaraunt Toro 2 mins walk away if you want to stay local really helpful owner, great contact and pleaseure to deal with. Perfect if you want to be just out of the main PDC area but not too far away, will definitly return
