About this property

The home is very cute and sunny in an ancient Palace of the beginning of renaissance at the third floor, it has a wonderful view on the Church of San Giovanni e Paolo, one of the most beautiful gothic church in Venice, it is very quiet and intimate, close to the center (piazza San Marco 15 minutes and Rialto bridge 20 minutes walking distance) in a authentic venetian sestiere, outside from the more touristic area, near by very famous cafe (Rosa Salva Pasticceria), pizzeria (La strega) and traditional bacari and osteria. It is close to Arsenale for Biennale. I usually live here in winter time so there are all my souvenirs incoming from my travell in Asia. The furniture has been hand made by my very good artist friends who love the relationships from Venice and Asia in the ancient time. The flat has his own personality that I would like that you discover in your stay. I am a lawyer working in Venice Mestre, my dream was to came and live in the historical center .. It is a pleasure to know persons from all over the world and walking around in the atmosphere of the early morning or the evening to feel the ancient mystery of Venice in your soul.
