Magnificent villa in Cala Galdana, ideal for an unforgettable family holiday!
The villa, renovated in 2019, has 6 double bedrooms, three of them with private bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen and spacious meeting areas make this house a perfect place to share with the family or disconnect by reading a good book in the shade of the trees in the garden.
The house has a private parking area. The large pool, in the middle of a 1000m2 garden, has at your disposal leisure equipment and a barbecue area. In addition to this, bicycles and electric scooters allow you to access the beach in a minute or the supermarkets of Cala Galdana.
Pool towels and toilet accessories are at your disposal, as well as Internet connection via Wifi, satellite TV and air conditioning in each of the rooms and in the lounge.
Galdana's House is located in a privileged area. Walking 300m you arrive directly at Cala Galdana beach and walking 600m in the forest, contouring the other side of the house, you reach one of the most beautiful beaches of the Island, Cala Mitjana. The views you will find along the way are stunning. The property is located in a very quiet area, surrounded by trees.
Cala Galdana is an urbanization of Ferreries, municipality of Menorca, reputed for the beauty of its beach, preferred by families with young children and with access adapted to people with reduced mobility. In the commercial area you will find restaurants, supermarkets and shops that will supply the most demanding tastes. Required meeting point for those who want to offer themselves the treasures of the emblematic beaches of southern Menorca!

Great for 3 generation family holiday

very spacious and well equipped. Large enclosed garden was great for young children to run about. The fact that the pool was fenced off made it very safe.

Absolutely stunning villa and gardens in a beautiful location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Galdana House and would highly recommend it. The house and grounds are spotless! It has everything you could wish for in a villa stay. The owner, Eliane, is very attentive and helpful. We hope to stay again in the future.

50th wedding celebration

A brilliant place to get all the family together. The house was perfect. Air con made it very comfortable at an extremely hot time. The pool was perfect for all age groups. We had so much fun in it. We would love to return.

Amazing villa in a great location

Our whole family enjoyed our stay at this great villa, the most important points for a family with 4 children aged from 1 to 6 yrs was the fenced off pool and the large grassed areas in the garden. It is worth noting that the pool is very deep with no shallow areas but providing any non swimmers have good bouyancy aids, we found that was not a problem. Eliane the owner was really helpful and quickly reacted to any queries that we had and Cala Galdana is a great resort for families.

Incredible Villa for a family holiday!

We had an amazing family holiday at the Villa, which was perfectly set up for our family (6 adults and 3 children under 4) to come together. Communication throughout was amazing and Elaine couldn't have done more to accommodate our needs! The Villa and Grounds are beautiful, with all of the amenities you could possibly need for a stress free vacation - well stocked kitchen, great BBQ, tonnes of places to sit outside and huge pool to play in. The location also works well to allow quick access down to Galdana Beach as well as the trail to Mitjana. Overall a 5 ⭐ experience that we would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

A very beautiful villa and gardens extremely well kept and well equipped. Very spacious villa which was ideal for our 3 generation family to spread out and relax or swim in the lovely pool. Our grandchildren ranging in age from 3 to 16 loved the pool and spent many hours in it. We were glad that the pool was gated to stop the 3 yr old from accidental falling in.The kind host Elaine kept in touch by what’s app for any problems and also left a welcome basket for us .The villa is in a very picturesque area and in walking distant to the beach. We were also pleased that we had air conditioning in every room as it got very hot in the afternoons. It was a lovely holiday!

Great shame beautiful place

Beautiful villa great pool We had no electricity for 2 days first evening and the second morning which was a bit of a pain as we had a 18 month baby and my son fell over as was not used to villa on first night Would go back it’s just a shame it ruin the first day of my 60 th birthday.

Dear Joanna, First of all, thank you for your comment, but what is really a shame is that you do not mention that the electrical problem came from a transformer near the property and that we had do all what we could for fix it faster. You also do not mention that the first night, I was on the phone until 1:00am with the technicians so that you could wake up with electricity and that the next day, when they cut the electricity for two hours to finish the repair, I had delivered to the house the dishelp to you and your entire family. It is a shame that your note and comment are based on something that has nothing to do with the property and is not our fault, but i need to accept that some persons are like that. All the best. Room to chill

Nice large villa and garden. Pool well fenced off which helped as we had a 3 year old with us. Be aware that beyond the steps, the pool is 2m deep throughout. Could be an issue for non swimmers. Very clean on arrival. Friendly and efficient communication with owner. Easy to find. Walk to beach or town is a long way uphill on the way back or via cliff steps. We drove a few times but parking in the town is packed during the day, we found spaces ok at 9 am on our beach days. Plenty of room around the pool and plenty of other spots to chill around the garden. In the house, the sofas are really comfy. Beds very comfortable. Lots of interesting items and pictures around.

Cala Galdana - June 2022

This villa is the perfect location for two family’s coming together. Outside you have a large multi level garden all astroturfed and a private secure pool with paved seating area. It’s incredibly private from neighbours and passers by. Lots of seating to follow the sun/shade through the day. The main villa is a large open plan living/dining and kitchen space all finished to a high standard. Again all the rooms are well laid out and spacious. Just perfect. There is a small annex villa adjoined but accessed via another door outside. This was like another villa in itself!!! Two bedrooms with adjoining door, two bathrooms, two first floor terraces, one over looking the woodland privately at the back and the other over looking the garden and pool! It’s a steep walk into Cala Galdana if you take the most direct route via the steps but a lightly longer gradual route past the small local shop is much easier. We had an issue arise with the hot water early in our stay which was resolved very quickly by the host! We would recommend to anyone and I would love to stay here again. Thank you

De belles vacances garanties

La maison est superbe, spacieuse et décorée avec goût. L'équipement est complet et de qualité. Toutes les pièces sont parfaitement distribuées pour profiter des espaces extérieurs. Les espaces nuit sont indépendants ce qui est parfait pour un groupe tandis que l'espace jour est très convivial et bien dimensionné. L’accès direct au GR, points de vue ainsi que la proximité à de superbes plages est un réel bonus. Enfin, Éliane a été très réactive lors de nos échanges. Je recommande donc grandement ce logement !

Tolles Haus!

Das Haus war grossartig! Sauber, geräumig und schön eingerichtet! Ein toller Garten mit Pool! Wunderbare, ruhige Gegend! Der Strand ist ein paar Minuten zu erreichen, Wanderwege zu weiteren schönen Strände beginnen gleich hinter dem Garten! Ein perfekter Ort um Ferien zu machen. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Super Familien Urlaub!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, ideal für große Familien. Allein die Umzäunug des Pools ist mit Kleinkindern Gold wert. Der Kunstrasen war im ersten Moment komisch, was die Dreckvermeidung im Haus angeht, aber perfekt. Zwei sehr schöne Strände in Geh-Weite, einzig die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Lebensmittel in der Umgebung sind etwas dürftig. Wir hatten eine super Woche. Vielen Dank an die netten Vermieter, die uns mit Early Check-in und Late Check-out entgegen genommen sind. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

menorca family reunion

WOW! Everything you could wish for. The villa was immaculate. The pool and gardens are so beautiful. The owners have thought of everything, toilet paper, toiletries, first aid box, iron, washing machine, can not possibly list it all. Just a stunning villa, the photos don't do it justice.Perfect location, perfect holiday in our favourite place.Will be booking again for next year.
