Pristine town home on Carolina Lake. First floor with enclosed 2 car garage and outside deck area. Second floor main level includes updated full kitchen, dining area, bedroom, living room and walk out deck. Third floor has two bedrooms with bathrooms and separate bunk bed area in the hallway. The master bedroom includes a walkout porch. Great views of the lake and beach front community from the second and third floor decks. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Cable TV and internet included. Green-way path surrounding lake for walking, running, biking. Only 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. Great eateries and shopping just a walk away. Weekly events include free Movie night on the lake every Sunday, Fireworks every Thursday night, farmers and craft markets, nightly Carnival adjacent to the boardwalk. Some of the above activities are seasonal. **There is a renovation of the lake that is to be completed January 2026. It affects a very short portion of the greenway around the lake. It does not prevent from getting to any destination.

The bunk bed set up is good for kids. We had 4 adults, so it was tight for one. Other than that it is a nice place.

Great place to stay! Location was perfect for us that was clean, comfortable, and had a full kitchen with supplies to use (bring your own coffee though!). Vinny was very responsive and helpful! More my fault for not reading well enough, but the 4th bedroom with the bunk beds isn’t a room but is in a closet in the hallway which can fit a small adult but doesn’t have a lot of privacy. Don’t forget to bring your own soap/shampoo/conditioner to use because it is not provided. Would stay here again!

The balcony overlooking the lake was very serene. The rooms were clean. The walk around the lake has little signs telling different stories to read. There is a playground across the lake for kiddos to play at.

We had an amazing stay! super easy check in process, area was way nicer than we expected, only downside is most of the closets weren’t available so we werent able to hang clothes but other than that everything was perfect! Location is super convenient and has really pretty views! Thank you.

The description was a little misleading - the 4th "bedroom" is a hallway with two closet undersized bunk beds. Fine for kids, but we needed beds for adults (and a bedroom too). Admittedly, if you drill down 3 levels in the description you learn that there is no 4th bedroom, but we missed that little nuance when we signed on. The place is in a great location and well kept.

Wonderful home in a fantastic location. Excellent attention from the property contact/host. Balcony is an excellent location to relax. The paved track around the lake is also great for walking.The posting does indicate the home is 4 bedrooms; but, the bunk bed is really located in a hall closet (not really a bedroom)
