House with community pool 300 meters from the beaches of Empúries, for 6 people. MIQUEL ÀNGEL house consists of a ground floor and upper floor, and has 80 m2 useful. On the ground floor, we have an entrance, a bathroom with shower, kitchen leading to the dining-living room which overlook the garden. On the first floor, there are 2 double bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with bunk beds), 1 bathroom with shower, and 1 suite type bedroom (1 double bed) with bathroom and bathtub. The house has air conditioning, wifi, television, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, has a community garden with swimming pool and is located near supermarkets, the old town and the beaches of Empúries with its promenade. and the Greek-Roman ruins. Pets not allowed.

La maison est très bien située et très agréable , propre , la piscine est très bien ,par contre le four fonctionne mal la plancha ne fonctionne pas on aurait aimé avoir un barbecue au moins pour compenser il y a des prises électriques qui ne tiennent pas bien

Maison très bien conçue et agréable, avec 1 salle de bain et 2 salles de douches, le luxe ! Située à proximité de tout : 300 m de la plage, des supermarchés et le port est accessible facilement à pied en longeant la mer. Extérieurs entretenus. Très bien.
