About this property

Brand new independent eco-house in rural setting, away from the crowds between Florence and Siena. This is an annex building on a family run olive farm surrounded by unspoilt Tuscan countryside. There are two other rental apartments and a shared swimming pool. This is a place where nature rules, a place of peace and calm where the views, sunsets, birds of prey and fireflies do the talking... It is quiet and idyllic - ideal for anyone seeking a total getaway.

The eco-house was built in 2019 with 100% sustainable materials. It is independent from the main farmhouse and enjoys a large private patio with outdoor sitting/ dining area.
The open plan interior with high beamed ceiling and parquet flooring is spacious, light and airy with a minimalistic modern design .
There is a low double bed (160x200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with wc, basin, bidet and walk-in shower , a reading area and desk/PC table.
The annex is equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets on every window.

Our apartments are regularly sanitised in compliance with the latest European Covid-19 directive.

Each apartment is self-contained with a private outdoor sitting area, and there is a distance of 15-30m between the apartment entrances.

The farmhouse is surrounded by plenty of green space, garden and woodland.

At the swimming pool there are 3 separate decking areas with sun loungers, spaced at least 3m apart. The pool water is treated daily with chlorine-based products.
