Quadrivano vacanze 4/5 beds with sea view perfect for families consisting of: panoramic terrace, large kitchen / living room where there is a sofa bed (which brings the number of beds to 5), stove with everything you need, oven , kitchen utensils etc; 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, en suite bathroom; while outside in the courtyard on the ground floor there is a large tiled area for dinners and outdoor lunches complete with a large barbecue, hob and worktop plus a wall equipped with a washbasin.
The garden is huge and perfectly fenced; obtained in the basement there is a second external masonry shower, a washbasin / sink. equipped with TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board etc.

* The nearest beach is a few hundred meters away.
* do not take into consideration the living room and the armchairs, the furniture in the living room is now different, in their place there is now a sofa bed and a more modern coffee table while the rest of the furniture is what you see in the picture
