Vacation Home - The Villages

Villa rental at the residence "I Borghi".

The house is on two levels, on the ground floor a small garden, veranda, kitchen / living room, dressing room and bathroom, on the first floor a double bedroom with covered balcony, a bedroom and a bathroom.

In the house there are an electric oven, microwave, washing machine, fireplace, TV, stereo, iron, hairdryer, air conditioning, outdoor shower and barbecue.

The beds are 6 + 1.

In the residence there are swimming pools (open in July and August), carport, tennis court and small square.

The place is quiet and ideal for families, it is located a few meters from 2 supermarkets (within walking distance) and from the town center, the beaches are about 1.5 km away.

Available from May to October (other periods on request), minimum rental one week.

Obwohl in dem Inserat an jeder Stelle mit dem Pool geworben wird, ist kein Hinweis zu sehen, dass der Pool lediglich im Juli & August nutzbar ist. Diese Info haben wir erst auf Nachfrage vom Gastgeber erhalten. Er hatte diese Angabe wohl bei FeWo gemacht. Demnach lag der Fehler nicht beim Gastgeber selbst, allerdings war es für uns sehr ärgerlich, weil weil die Unterkunft für September insbesondere wegen dem Pool gebucht haben & der Preis lediglich gerechtfertigt war, wenn der Pool hätte genutzt werden können. Daher die Bitte an Expedia: die Info für künftige Gäste auch bei Expedia zu vermerken. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem überwiegend verlassenen Komplex von Ferienwohnungen. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und auch eher verlassen. Allerdings ist man in 10 Gehminuten in der Innenstadt und findet einige Restaurants & Bars. Die Wohnung selbst war in Ordnung, hatte aber einen modrigen Geruch und sehr ungemütliche Betten. Wir haben die Unterkunft aufgrund des Zusammenspiels der Faktoren bereits nach einem Tag vorzeitig verlassen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und schnell, allerdings ohne das gewünschte Ergebnis. Über Vrbo konnten wir letztlich eine teilweise Klärung und Rückerstattung herbeiführen. Der Gastgeber hat sich stets bemüht, uns weiterzuhelfen. Bspw konnte die Garage aufgrund eines Defekts nicht geöffnet werden, hierzu hat er sehr schnell reagiert & den Fehler beheben lassen. Bei der Ankunft hatte er zudem frisches Obst bereitgestellt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach genau dem ausgeschriebenen Inserat. Daniele ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Für den ersten Tag wurde uns sogar ein bisschen was zum Essen bereitgestellt ( Obstteller/Nudeln/Soße und Getränke) . Handtücher und Bettwäsche wird bereitgestellt. Es gibt oben und unten einen Pool die abwechselnd geöffnet sind. Die Anlage an sich ist auch ein sehr sauberes Objekt. Supermärkte alle Fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Abbiamo soggiornato 14 giorni nel mese di Luglio con 3 bambini. Appartamento spazioso e funzionale. Ben tenuto e con tutto l'occorrente. Host gentilissimo e super disponibile. Posizione buona. Vicino al centro di Villasimius e a 2 passi da supermercati (coop- eurospin-conad). Tutto perfetto. Consigliatissimo
