A nice, comfortable apartment with all comforts in the heart of Bologna. A stone's throw (150 meters) from the Due Torri and Piazza Maggiore. Nearby there are bus stops, small supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pubs.
The Bologna Centrale railway station is easily reachable in a few minutes where you can also take the dedicated bus to reach the AIRPORT and the TRADE FAIR.
Perfect for single travelers, couples and for who want to visit the city center, but also for business travelers.

The apartment enjoys an exceptional location given its extreme proximity to the Two Towers.
Each of the main attractions of Bologna is easily and quickly reachable on foot or possibly with short bus trips depending on where you want to go ... such as the Sanctuary of the Blessed Virgin of San Luca or the doors around the historic center that once they were connected by walls.
Nearby there are numerous typical restaurants of the Bolognese / Emilian-Romagnola tradition where you can taste all the famous food and wine products in the world. A few steps away are the famous Quadrilatero shops where you can savor and buy delicacies of all kinds as well as being able to enjoy excellent aperitifs and dinners.

During their stay our guests will have at their disposal an always updated book containing all the necessary information regarding public transport, restaurants, exhibitions, events and much more.

My attention to every guest of my apartment is total.
Nothing is left out.
Anyone who decides to book this lovely apartment in the heart of Bologna, I want them to know that they can enjoy their stay in total safety.

To this end, I would like to highlight my adherence to Airbnb's advanced cleaning protocol.

I sanitize all high contact surfaces NONE EXCLUDED.
Between each check-out and each check-in, the apartment is cleaned and sanitized in full compliance with the aforementioned protocol, respecting long checklists in order to maintain the highest level of cleanliness possible.
Between each check-out and each check-in the windows are left open just enough to air the entire apartment.
I operate in compliance with local legislation and all additional guidelines relating to safety and cleanliness.
The people who deal with cleaning, use detergents and disinfectants that comply with current regulations and wear protective devices to prevent cross-contamination such as disposable masks and gloves that are changed and regularly disposed of (in dedicated bags that are closed immediately) after every room has been cleaned and sanitized.
All sheets, blankets, as well as pillowcases, towels are washed at the maximum temperature allowed by the fabric of which they are made together with the use of a disinfectant product (Napisan - see more information in the apartment).
Surfaces such as the sofa, curtains, the bed is cleaned with high temperature steam.
At the apartment, a sanitizing gel dispenser will be available.
Indications will always be displayed in the apartment so that few and simple rules are respected to always maintain the same level of security throughout the entire stay.

The apartment is equipped with all comforts:
- KITCHEN / KITCHENETTE, fully equipped as well as being equipped with a microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, induction hob, fridge and freezer.
- LIVING AREA, equipped with double bed, table and chairs, 43 "Smart TV connected to the Internet and equipped with the most popular Apps for on-demand content. An HDMI cable (5 m) is also available to connect a PC to the Smart TV.
- BEDROOM with double bed and large walk-in closet (inside which iron, ironing board and drying rack, First aid kit are available)
- PRIVATE BATHROOM with walk-in shower. Our guests will also have at their disposal a hairdryer, a set of complimentary bathroom products (soap and shampoo + bath shower).
- in the Anti-bathroom area there is also a washing machine.
- the whole apartment is equipped with heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi Internet connection.

For those who have already been our guest at least once and decide to return, I will apply an additional discount of 10% for stays of 2 to 27 nights and 5% for stays of 28 or more nights when booking.
Said discounts in the case of stays of 1 week or monthly will SUMMARY to those already provided (See the discounts indicated above: weekly discount: 15%; monthly discount: 35%).
Therefore for stays, booked by those who have already been our guest at least once, of:
at least 7 nights a 25% discount will be applied;
at least 28 nights a 35% discount will be applied.

Being in the historic center, the apartment is located in a restricted traffic area.
The largest parking is located in Piazza 8 Agosto: it is underground and consists of 3 floors. It is located around 1.2 km away from the apartment and iit is open around the clock - seven days a week .

A few meters from the apartment there are 3 bus stops.
One in Strada Maggiore, called precisely "Strada Maggiore", or the previous one just before the Due Torri, called "Rizzoli", which can be reached by
bus line 25 for those coming from the MAIN RAILWAY STATION "Bologna Centrale" or in any case from the Airport [because at that wailway station there is Airport shuttle bus top of the line]
or
bus line 27 for those arriving from the coach station which is a short walk from Bologna Centrale main railway station.
From Via San Vitale, however, you can take the same lines in the opposite direction from the stop, 70 meters from the apartment, called "Due Torri".
In addition to these, line n. 14 which is useful for reaching the R. Dall'Ara Stadium where the Bologna F.C. 1909.
From the nearby Via Rizzoli, it is also possible to take:
- bus n. 20 to reach via Saragozza from which the line n. 58 to reach the hill where the Sanctuary of the Beata Vergine di S.Luca is located;
!!- the F line to reach FICO-Fabbrica Italiana Contadina, the well-known theme park dedicated to the food sector made in Italy!
!! Since 9th March 2020, the F line service is temporary SUSPENDED.
