Great dog friendly 2 bed apartment close to village and beach.
A very spacious unusual apartment situated to the side of the building with a large, terraced area with views down the road to the sea. *Now with new extension with sea views*
Immediate access is through a UPVC door from the parking area into the main family room/kitchen. This room opens out into a fantastic space for dining, viewing TV, playing, cooking and relaxing.
The newly fitted (2024) fully equipped kitchen has teal blue fronted units having full size dishwasher, washer, fridge, freezer, micro-wave and oven and has been thoughtfully stocked with a good range of kitchen equipment and utensils and crockery to cater for younger guests. In the dining area there is a large 6-seater table and chairs and a small children's 2-seater table and chairs. A comfortable brown leather sofa, coffee table, CD player/radio and wall-mounted TV create a mini living space within this large family room, from where stairs rise to a 25m2 mezzanine lounge area. Then there is the brand-new extension with quirky porthole window and bifold doors giving access to a patio with glass front and great views of Woolacombe beach and sea. A corner sofa and 2 chairs make this new space a popular place to sit. The small wall TV can swivel to this side as well.
(Agents notes: I love the fact that this apartment can so easily cater for the extended family or families with toddlers to teens as it has two defined living areas, the kitchen/dining/living area downstairs and the lovely comfy mezzanine lounge with a stair gate at the bottom if required.)
The upper lounge has Freeview TV, DVD player, large corner sofa and a sumptuous cream carpet making this room a great entertainment suite/chill-out room or 3rd bedroom when using the self-inflating blow-up bed; it also serves as a great space for the younger family members to be occupied.
The hallway allows storage for boards and pushchair etc.
Full Wi-Fi is provided.
The double bedroom has a wet room style en-suite, and the 2nd bedroom has two single wooden beds. There is also a wooden cot in this room. From this room there is access to the terrace via a single patio door. (Key can be removed by parents with young children)
The family bathroom has bath/shower over.
This spacious apartment's locality to the beach and village makes for a superb base for your holiday in Woolacombe.
A £150 security deposit is held and released after the holiday .
Parking space for two very small cars (or one larger) directly outside the entrance, at owners own risk. You might possibly fit two very small cars, but we can take no responsibility if you can only get only get one car in as the space is designed for one car.

Lovely week away in a fantastic appartment
Upon arrival everything was very clean and tidy with an apartment that is fully equipped with everything we required. With a couple of minutes walk to the shops and pubs and 5 minute walk to the beach the location is fantastic. We’ve booked again for next year as we were so pleased with everything.

Fabulous Apartment!
Had 2 weeks in the flat as we did last year too. The new extension is a great addition - provides a brilliant space to sit with your morning coffee!

Very Enjoyable Stay
We enjoyed a recent family stay at 5 Narrocott Apartments and found it to be very spacious and comfortable. The additional extension is excellent giving a view to the sea and small patio to sit outside. It is very well equipped and in an excellent position. Additional off-road parking very welcome. We would definitely return.

Very spacious apartment in a great location
We had a great stay in the apartment. The location is excellent being only a few minutes walk to the beach. The extension is a great addition with amazing views of the sea. The parking space next to the front door is really convenient. The apartment was very spacious, even more so than in the photos. The mezzanine level was a great room for teenagers. Overall we loved the apartment and hope to stay again soon.

Family holiday amazing memories
Great week in Woolacombe.
The apartment was lovely and well situated, close to the beach and town.
Great restaurants in the town and a nice bar.
We will definitely stay here again. The apartment is well equipped especially the kitchen. The PlayStation and dvds were a nice touch too.

A very spacious and comfortable apartment lovely open plan downstairs large kitchen well equipped great master bedroom with en suite shower was amazing but the bonus was the upstairs maisonette room with massive settee a video library it was so nice to relax up there after a hard days sunbathing and body boarding, we loved it so much we booked it again for next year can’t wait to get back.

An amazing apartment with the most wonderful views.
I would highly recommend 5 Narracott and Holiday Homehunter as a combination! We have had the best week in this amazing apartment which exceeded our expectations. Holiday Homehunter are by far the best agents we have used when booking breaks to Woolacoombe and we will certainly continue to use them apposed to any other providers, their accurate description of the accommodation and seamless booking system is a blessing compared to their competitors.
Highly recommend and we will certainly be booking this accommodation again for next year.

Perfect holiday home
Third time staying in this apartment and never disapoints. The new extension is brilliant addition giving so much more inside space and an incredible sea view from the seating are. We are a family of 6 with a toddler and a dog. There was more than enough space to accomodate all. Kitchen very well equipped so we could eat in most nights. Excellent value for money as centrally located so no paying for parking. Ideal to check surf, change into wetsuit and go! Will be back next year.

Second visit to this apartment. Location, location, location
Have returned to this apartment for a second year. New kitchen with breakfast bar was lovely. Plenty of room for six adults, a toddler and two dogs. Wonderful location. Lovely evenings spent on terrace in the sun. Upstairs is a bonus and a great space for gathering when little one has gone to bed. Overall a clean, welcoming apartment right in the heart of Woolacombe. Incredible value for money. We will be back.

Fantastic family holiday
Stayed with five adults, a toddler and a dog. Accomodation great especially upstairs mezzanine. Location spot on. Easy to walk to beach and all amenities. Terrace area had sun in afternoon and evening so was great for eating evening meal with a view of the sea. Quite basic inside accomodation but who goes on holiday to stay in their apartment all day. Could do with some new utensils, crockery etc. But overall a great apartment. Excellent value for money.

Beautiful Spacious Apartment in a great location
This was our second stay and number 5 and it didn't disappoint ! Very clean and spacious with an open plan living area downstairs and a mezzanine lounge area upstairs. Apartment is well equipped, kitchen is home from home. Nice balcony area looking down Sandy lane and overlooking the beach and sea. The apartment is particularly well situated for the centre of village and shops. pubs, entertainments are literally 3 minutes walk away. Highly recommend The Jube for food and Bar Electric for fabulous sunsets. We will definitely be back hopefully for two weeks next year.

This was our second stay at this apartment and we were really impressed with the upgraded ensuite shower room and the addition of the sun room extension. Despite our week being the wettest and windiest we've ever experienced in Woolacombe, we all enjoyed the sea views this extension now offers to guests and it would have been the perfect place to throw open the doors in the evening to enjoy drinks before heading out to dinner.We still made good use of the space to watch the weather and marvel at the surfers who were brave enough to go in during that week!The apartment is clean, spacious, so conveniently located and equipped with everything you need, including plenty of games and DVDs. For larger groups there is plenty of space and seating for everyone to relax. We will definitely return to this apartment in the future.

A spacious Apartment and a great location
We had a fabulous week in this spacious and comfortable apartment.
It's a fabulous location, metres from the main shops and pubs.

Really couldn’t have asked for much more. Spacious property equipped with everything we needed and more. Stones throw from the beach, beach view from the terrace which also gets the evening sun. Parking right next to property. Fantastic dvd / video library with PlayStation & games on large mezzanine area (such a bonus as a chill out room). I could go on but basically this is a fantastic apartment so close to the wonderful Woolacombe beach and with great walks on your doorstep. We had an amazing time thank you!

Great week spent at No. 5
This apartment was perfect for our family needs. Being a family with adult children who still like to holiday together this apartment gave everyone space to move around and not be on top of each other. The mezzanine lounge area was the perfect space to spend an evening relaxing - particularly on the very comfortable sofa - so comfortable we would have loved to have brought it home with us.
The bathrooms were spotlessly clean with great showers. Plenty of bedroom space. Kitchen facilities were more than adequate for holidaying.
It is only a short walk up the hill from the beach directly into the apartment with car parking right outside the front door.
After spending many years holidaying in Woolacombe we will definitely be booking No. 5 again.

Beautiful apartment
A great apartment, ideal for exploring the surrounding areas,a great beach that my wife could access on a hired mobility scooter. By far the best we've stayed in.
